We need a performance space of around 3 meters x 2 meters. We require 2 x 13 amp power sockets and 1 parking space.
Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs .
We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue.
Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music.
We played at a wedding on a traditional Scottish loch - the views were stunning and we all danced in the grass and enjoyed every midge bite along the way.
Stevie Wonder, Fleetwood Mac and we also love a bit of Female Attitude's 'Flowers' and covering garage tunes in an acoustic tone.
We have been performing in Scotland for over 5 years at weddings, corporate events and festivals. It began online actually when we were filing a few sessions for a friend's YouTube channel and we have so much fun performing and spending time together we now offer events as a duo and a trio with our cajon player.
We love a wedding - we specialise in daytime wedding entertainment for ceremonies and cocktail reception music. Every event is different because of the people and that's why we do it.
We normally arrive 1 hour/90 minutes before the performance to set up - it's a quick set up for us but thigs change we we want to be prepared to be flexible where we can. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best
We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area. We also have a self contained roaming option with battery powered speakers ideal for outdoor events - we would discuss which option would be best for your event.
We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 2 new songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them, depending on how much time there is from when we've been booked to the event date.
Previous customers would describe us as a fun, easy going team with a love for funky tunes. We're interactive but also respect people's space and can adapt to the vibe of the room in the moment.
Our vocalist Rosie runs and manages the band - if she isn't free then we do not take a booking as we know how important it is that you get what you've booked. Rosie does work with other guitarists but mainly it is Rosie, Andrea and Damien on Cajon. If anything happens due to sickness then we consult you first and discuss all possible options.
