Yes, we’re completely self contained. We bring our own PA system to all of our gigs as well as a simple lighting rig

We need to know any directions that will help us find the venue and find the right place to load in our equipment. We’d also need to be informed if there’s a sound limiter in the venue

Yes, we’re happy to play music from Spotify before, after and between our sets. We’re happy to choose the music ourselves or let the client choose the music

One of our favourite performances was at Eastnor Castle, where we provided acoustic music for the daytime wedding reception before returning as a full band for the evening celebrations. It was fantastic to be part of the couple’s entire day and watch the atmosphere build from relaxed acoustic sets to a packed dance floor at night.

As for the venue itself, Eastnor Castle is hard to beat. With its towers, grand interiors and stunning grounds, it feels like something straight out of Bedknobs and Broomsticks. It’s a truly magical setting and one of the most memorable places we’ve had the pleasure of performing.

As children of the 80s, we grew up with the soundtrack of the 90s and 00s. Our influences span everything from dance classics and indie anthems to pop-punk favourites. We love taking well-known songs and making them our own, whether that’s a stripped-back version of a 90s dance classic or a singalong favourite like Teenage Dirtbag. Those nostalgic tunes always create a great atmosphere and connect with audiences of all ages.

Holly has been singing for as long as she can remember and began performing professionally over 10 years ago as the lead singer of our electric band. Over the years, the friendship, trust and musical chemistry we’ve built together have become a huge part of what makes our performances feel so natural and engaging.

Dave has been playing in bands since the age of 18, spending much of his twenties chasing the rock ‘n’ roll dream and performing at venues across the country. Those years of live experience helped shape him into the versatile performer he is today.

Bringing together Holly’s powerful vocals and Dave’s years of live performance experience, Let’s Dance Acoustic was a natural progression. Our shared history and genuine friendship shine through in every performance, helping us create a relaxed atmosphere and a memorable experience for every audience.

Of course we’d say a beautiful wedding reception! There’s something incredibly special about performing in a room full of love and celebration – it’s an atmosphere that’s impossible not to get caught up in.

That said, some of our favourite memories have come from the simplest events too. A garden party with close friends and family can be just as magical, with a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of laughter and everyone enjoying live music together. For us, it’s never just about the venue – it’s about the people and the moments we help create.

We can setup within 30 minutes. We normally perform 2 x 45 minutes or 2 x 60 minute sets. We’re happy to play a bit longer or shorter but we’ve found that these set times suit us and our audiences best

We’re happy to play outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the performance area.

We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them
