"An excellent performance from Marc! He played a full evening of completely acoustic songs which everybody loved! Marc was extremely professional and worked his set around our evening with a good mix of old & new songs - a top performance and we would highly recommend him to anyone."

"Vicki was a fantastic addition to our wedding evening entertainment, We loved every minute of the time we had you and it was a total suprise for our guests you really did go down a storm, to the point they still talking about it days after. You played music we had selected and also ones that got the room partying, I will certainly booking you again for a different event. Thank you once again. "

"Mike played the saxophone during our evening reception in April 2017 alongside the DJ which we had booked. From the moment we contacted Mike we knew he was the saxophonist we wanted to have play at our wedding. He made the booking so easy from start to finish which put our minds at absolute rest during such a busy time. Mike worked the room and all the guests loved his music - the dancefloor spoke for itself! A true professional and a very talented musician! "We had Rob play in the afternoon at our wedding as an alternative to background music. It was a really relaxed atmosphere and he was extremely professional, just what we wanted. The music was varied and the guests enjoyed listening to him, joining in and having a dance. Would highly recommend him."

"We just wanted to drop you a line to let you know what fantastic time we had a couple of weekends ago! John Perry and Jamie (MAD Discos) were brilliant. Everything went to plan. They were very professional and courteous and our family and friends loved them. Their repertoires were perfect - they really understood what we wanted and the sequencing was just right. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a disco. Thanks very much for everything you did to pull this all together for us."

"Now what can I say about the Band, Solid Gold. The event was my Masonic Lodge Ladies evening, of which I have the great honour of being master in its centenary year. As a result I wanted the evening to be the best possible, I was not disappointed. Paul and the band arrived mid afternoon for the event even though they were not due on stage until 9pm. Communication between us prior to the event was excellent, very professional and informative, then we get to the evening itself. WOW!!! What a night, over the years I have booked acts for many organisations and I have got to say Solid Gold stand out as the best by a country mile. Every single person had a fabulous evening and that was down to Solid Gold. During our pre event discussion Paul ask for details of the event, what kind of audience it would be and what kind of music I would like them to perform. As a result the band put together a playlist that was absolutely perfect, unbelievably now knowing that I am a big fan of The Who they set about learning a couple of Who songs,which they had never done before, perfect!!!! If anyone is looking for a band that are musically excellent, reliable and know just how to entertain an audience, Solid Gold have got to be their number one option, I cannot praise them enough. Thank you so much"
