"We were absolutely delighted with Astri Strings (Victoria & Jude), who played at our wedding. From the very start, communication with them was so easy and stress-free — they were professional, warm, and accommodating to every request. Their repertoire is incredible, covering everything from classical and jazz through to modern-day hits. One particularly special touch was when they learnt and performed the song I wanted to walk down the aisle to, even though it wasn’t on their list. That meant the world to me, and it was played so beautifully. They performed seamlessly as our guests arrived, throughout the ceremony, and into the drinks reception, creating a lovely atmosphere from start to finish. So many of our family and friends commented on how stunning the music was, and we couldn’t agree more! We would 100% recommend Astri Strings to anyone planning a wedding or any other celebration. "Thank you all so much for a fantastic ceilidh on Saturday night at our wedding. It was brilliant and so much fun. Everyone loved it. Thank you too for letting us play our music on your speakers in the break and after. The lady who was the caller was great, really clear with her instructions and commanded everyone so well, thank you v much. It was an amazing wedding day - literally the best day of our lives. So thank you for contributing and making it so special. We loved the ceilidh and your music, just wonderful Will highly recommend you to anyone who wants a ceilidh! "

""The Simon Quartet delighted a capacity audience at the first of our concerts at Lost Gardens of Heligan in January 2017. Mixing excellent originals by pianist Simon and saxophonist/flautist Sarah with a few well known standards - the quartet demonstrated their remarkable individual skills with a rock solid unity of purpose. Percussionist Keith and bassist James, a formidable rhythm section, also shone on some inventive solos. The SQ is certainly at the forefront of contemporary jazz ensembles in Cornwall, offering a special evening of accessible and rewarding jazz.""

"The disco was perfect, despite the amount of chatting and catching up that was being done, people found their way to the dance floor and in fact my 5 year old son barely moved from 'his spot' on the dance floor for nearly 2 hours solid! "

"Review - Cannot recommend Kate enough, Kate is extremely warm and friendly. She played beautifully at our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. She adapted the song we wanted and even sent us a recording as a memento. Weaving in and around guests at the reception made a really special atmosphere. "
