"Emma-Marie completely rose to the challenge with my outdoor event. We co wrote a very special piece of music and Emma-Marie performed under the light of the September Moon. Her performance was captivating; visually dramatic and musically detailed. I have really enjoyed working with Emma-Marie, she is a unique musician who brings so much creative spirit to a collaboration, I cannot recommend her highly enough."

"Hollie is brilliant. She arrived on schedule and was ready to go from the off. She got into the swing of playing in the band very quickly and had no issues getting into our style and working in a live environment. Hollie even introduced us to some of her own folk favourites which was great. Hollie is very personable and a pleasure to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Hollie and hope to use her again."

"Kate You fitted in wonderfully with my 80th birthday Scottish themed family party and had everyone dancing and singing away ! Whatever I suggested you came up with music to fit . You made my 80th Birthday party one for all the family to remember and it was tremendous joy to see all my grandchildren dancing around and singing along and enjoying themselves The music really added so much to the Scottish themed party ! Naomi was flexible and careful to understand the complex timings of the surprise, travelling some distance to the location, and was totally reliable. "I hired Andrew to perform & produce my song Vrondos Molomos. His violin and piano.performance was exceptional and we recorded the song with choir in one take. Andrew is highly qualified and experienced and highly recommended for any event; weddings, concerts, private parties, theatre, and producer to make you a lovely recording or teach you piano or violin :) He also has wellknown musical contacts who are also experts should you want to hire him in an ensemble "

"Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "

"Joel performed at our wedding and I can only describe his performance as incredible, he had all our guests captured with his performance, from the church through to the reception. If I had the time, I would have pulled up a seat and watched his entire set. Our guests were in awe with his skill as a looping violinist. His professionalism made it a pleasure to work with him and I would highly recommend Joel for weddings and other events."
