"Just wanted to drop you a brief line to say how perfect you guys were on Saturday. The music, the sound and the personality in the performance was all fabulous. We loved it and so did the guests. We’ve had lots of compliments about the band, including from my friend who leads his own big band here in Bristol who said you guys were ‘the real deal’. "Excellent jazz band, very classy, perfect for the event in question. It's nice to see a band which does things so simply and professionally, providing a full sound with the minimum of equipment. They were happy to play to the room when people were eating and talking, at a volume which still allowed conversation, but were friendly and engaging as and when people wanted to interact with them. The singer they provide has a great voice, well matched to their style, no over-acting or dramatic self indulgence, just confident strong and pitch perfect. Great day, thank you."

"Paul performed during our wedding ceremony and was absolutely fantastic. I had quite a set idea about what I wanted to walk down the aisle too. Paul was so helpful and attentive and listened to make sure my dream became become a reality. His voice is amazing and it really set the tone for the rest of the day. I highly recommend him, he is such a lovely man to work with and will definitely give your guests something to talk about during any event- I reviewed so many compliments about him and will definitely book him again when the occasion arise . "

"Having used Summer Samba before we knew exactly how fantastic they are ! Thank you to the most perfect group, we have just had a fantastic birthday garden party and Summer Samba made it!! The music was wonderful, so professional and a pleasure to listen to! My guests were mostly top class musicians and everyone just loved you guys. "Dear Jess, Thank you from me and Mat!!! You and your band have been absolutely fantastic - we really enjoyed having you sing and play so beautifully and for being so flexible with timing. EVERYONE loved you and the band - they all said you have the most fabulous/ stunning voice and presence. The "EVERYONE" includes all the chefs (they were boogying whilst getting the meal out), the floor staff, and my neighbours who were still working in the garden and didn't quite make over to dinner. Thank you also for singing the 2 songs I requested - my brother (the one who led the speeches) was very touched as they were for him and thought you sang them beautifully! We will certainly be in touch again when we entertain with live music again! With very best wishes to you and all your band members Yvonne & Mat"
