"Organised at 2 hours notice when someone pulled out : I hope it is not too late to contact you to tell you just how successful Joe made our event. He transformed the atmosphere and, when on arrival, he chose to play in the direct blazing sunshine rather than in the marquee set up for the band because people were using it for shade, I knew we had a genuinely good character with us. He is an outstanding singer, talented and with an extraordinary range of genre and music. We would like to maintain our relationship with you and Joe going forward if you would be willing- to help frame all our public and externally facing events where music is required. Thank you so much for working so hard to help us at our moment of real need."

"I have been to a number of events and fundraising nights with The Shakesters and have always had a fantastic night. Therefore, when we started to arrange a fundraising night for our school it was an easy choice. That was in 2015, and last Friday we had our second annual fundraising evening with The Shakesters. What a brilliant night, the band are fantastic. Friendly, fun, professional and absolutely brilliant at what they do best. Yep, getting lots and lots of people up on the dancefloor all night and giving everyone a brilliant night. The songs were all real crowd pleasers and the band helped to create such a great atmosphere. I cannot recommend them highly enough and we are arranging next years event already!! Very much looking forward to having The Shakesters there to rock the night away. So, many thanks!"

"We were so pleased that we chose The Blue Suede Shoes for our wedding, the atmosphere was fantastic and everyone was dancing. We had been quite nervous about choosing a band which we hadn’t heard live before but The Blue Suede Shoes were the first band we looked at and I am so pleased we chose them. Ben was great at communicating with us before the wedding, we chose a four piece with the saxophone and that really added something, they were great. Highly recommended and can't thank them enough."

"The Spinettes were booked by the residents at Harleston House for a musical event that they had planned for Dementia Awareness Week. The girls were very warm and friendly with their performance but remained professional performers throughout. The music and the selection of songs for our client group was spot on, its not easy to keep people with Dementia engaged but they managed very well. It was lovely that when they finished their show the girls took the time in going round chatting to the residents and their relatives this was a lovely thing to do. The residents are still talking about it and they all said what a lovely time they had together. I have been requested to book them again and I have no problem with recommending this group and their manager for any event that requires this style of entertainment."

"Dale & the band.Thanks for making Mike & Lisa’s big day special. Without your music the whole day would not have flowed as beautifully as it did. The musical collection (and the way we could choose our favourite tunes) was excellent and catered for all the different tastes on the night. All the guests loved the range of numbers which were played in a very professional manner and the night just went too quickly. We’d certainly recommend you again to anyone wanting a live band for any style of future event. Best regards Jon & Cath Baines --- My husband Mike and I were extremely happy with the funky tunes which Funk ‘n’ Soul did at our wedding. Everybody commented on how good they were which was great to hear. What was  really special though was that the band sang our first dance – Al Green ‘Lets Stay Together – which was AMAZING! "We are so happy that we made the decision to book The Pharaoh's for our wedding on the 3/09/22. Our guests are still talking about how good the band were 2 weeks later. We knew from the early stages of planning we wanted a band and fortunately the band were able to make our rearranged date. They stayed in touch throughout what would become nearly 2 1/2 years since making the booking and responded to our questions throughout the time period. They even went the extra mile and learnt our first dance song as it wasn’t one which they had played together before. They were fantastic on the night, the dance floor stayed full and they even let a few of our guests get up and perform with them. We were married in Yorkshire with the band coming from Essex. Everyone at first wondered why we hadn’t gone more local, but once the band started playing they understood. Would recommend to anyone wanting a band who can perform songs across the decades."
