"This band played at our wedding. They were exceptionally good. People kept saying to us throughout the night how fantastic the band were. They coped with our venues irritating restrictions and were able to keep the sound levels perfect and handled the last minute switch from playing keyboard at our reception to playing acoustic guitar. I could not recommend them enough. "

We are over the moon that we picked The Socialites - a lovely bunch of guys, they sound fantastic & they kept the dance floor packed all night! "I was so excited when I found Absolute band's website and saw their repertoire and videos of them playing, it was exactly the vibe we were looking for. We booked them originally for June 2020, then moved to April 2021, then again moved to July 2021! Geoff was so kind and understanding and flexible throughout, navigating wedding season in a pandemic and making sure that we could have the numbers of guests we wanted there. They played on 3rd July 2021 and the dancefloor was absolutely banging! Because of covid we had to have an outside dancefloor - they were so flexible and played at the edge of the marquee facing out, whilst we all danced on a patio under a gazebo. It was truly magic. Our guests are a huge mix of ages and the dancefloor was rammed the entire time they were playing. We were running late and they were so flexible by doing an extra long set for us before the music had to turn off. They played all our favourite songs, and played a couple of requests that weren't on their repertoire. I cannot recommend them enough, they are really well priced for the standard of their performance, and I would book them again in an instant! "I cannot believe that it is already a week since the wedding which has really flown by and been a bit of whirlwind! We’ve finally got a chance to take some much needed time out to write to you to say thank you guys SO MUCH for everything that the band did last week to make our wedding amazing! Your sets were incredible, our guests have been raving about you non-stop with many wanting to come and see you again (including us)! It was everything and more than we could have hoped for ever since seeing you play in Twickenham that day back in February. Your rendition of our first dance Sail Away was amazing (and the quality of your performance a significant mismatch to our dancing skills - sorry about that!) - it meant so much that you had learnt the lyrics we edited. Your willingness to let Kintillo get up and do a few numbers (even stealing a few bangers off you!) was so much appreciated and we thought worked so well on the night. Also the early start and late finish for you guys, we hope packing away and the journey home wasn’t too bad for you. And even setting up the speeches PA - it was all so much appreciated. Thank you again, The Leathernecks were a massive part of our special day and we were so utterly impressed by everything in your planning and delivery. We will see you again! "Thank you Groove Allstars for making my 60th Birthday celebration at Ponteland Golf Club on 28th April 2018 so special. The band sound was great and both singers had fantastic voices. We thoroughly enjoyed the night and would not hesitate to recommend this band to anyone, in fact we have booked them again for my daughter’s wedding in 2019, and we are already really looking forward to it. "As a DJ I recently had the pleasure of working alongside "The 90’s Party Band"  at a recent wedding party. I must say these guys really know how to put on a show! Familiar and well-loved pop songs played in a way that kept the guests dancing for the entire set. Thoroughly entertaining, multi talented and clearly love what they do. I absolutely recommend them for any special event that you're planning."
