"Just wanted to let you know that the band were all amazing on the night - we had such a great time and all our guests commented on how impressive the band were - the dance floor was busy all evening. Please would you pass on my thanks as I didn't get a chance to thank them all individually before they left and I really want them to know that they made it all perfect, especially giving up the keyboard for the first song as well! Thanks for all your help in organising everything, it was exactly what we wanted. "

"I booked Tom and his band a couple of weeks before my wedding as a surprise for my groom. Communication was quick and easy, booking was really simple and they met all of my requests (including setting up in half the time they would usually do so that they could avoid being spotted by the groom!) The music was fantastic, went down very well with our guests who commented on how perfect an accompaniment the music was to our drinks reception. They even got the kids having a boogie! Thanks so much guys, definitely highly recommended by us!!! "

"The Mellowtones played for us at an evening reception for our son's Bar Mitzvah, and they were outstanding. We were aiming for a relaxed chilled out atmosphere in a marquee in our back garden, and their music provided the perfect backdrop. We had masses of compliments from family and friends, and we would not hesitate to recommend them. The process of inquiring and booking them was also simple and a pleasure. Thanks for a wonderful evening!"

"PROS: Lauren arrived early having learned two new songs and recorded one new backing track for us. She sings beautifully, performs with confidence and looks the part. She also has a very varied repertoire. Definitely one of those few singers that you should book and re-book. Worth an 11/10, but that is not allowed! . CONS: None. "

"Alex was absolutely perfect in every way; couldn't have wished for anything better. Just seemed to know what to do and when to do it and made no demands at all on me; just got quietly on with what he had been paid to do. Being unfamiliar with this situation I wondered how many drinks he might require; the answer..... asking me where he could get a coffee before he started. Thank you and very well done Alex."

"What a fabulous band!! A real crowd pleaser, with a fantastic repertoire to suit the different atmospheres we were trying to create at different times during our event. "Now that we're back from honeymoon and getting into the swing of things again, we thought it was time to sart thanking the many people who helped to make our day - and evening - so special. You and the band were amazing! Such a fantastic sound and a wonderful set - including the horn section on "All You Need Is Love" - made for a night we'll all remember for the rest of our lives. Our guests and Jamie at Micklefield Hall have all commented on what a fantastic band Count Down To Swing are. "Red Velvet Jazz Quartet were a pleasure to deal with, both over email before our wedding and on the day itself. We gave Amy a list of our favourite songs and she let us know which ones she could do. Amy mixed these songs in with a selection of other songs and checked the overall list with us beforehand. Everyone at the wedding thoroughly enjoyed the performance. We would definitely recommend Red Velvet Jazz Quartet to anyone having a wedding - Amy is a fantastic singer and a lovely person and the band together, were brilliant. Thank you Amy!"
