"Oscar and gang absolutely made the ceremony and drinks reception at our wedding. The weather was horrible, and our outdoor plans were in tatters, however the atmosphere inside the barn where our ceremony was eventually held was phenomenal, and that was very much because of this excellent band. Everybody commented how fantastic they were. All requests were played, and communication was excellent as Oscar was responsive throughout. If you need a band for your wedding, DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THESE! Would give them 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys!"

"Although a relatively late decision to get a guitarist, we were so incredibly happy that Duncan was able to come and play for our ceremony and drinks reception. The acoustic guitar created such an incredible ambiance for the ceremony itself and his song choice and playing was spot on throughout with some old favourites as well as new songs which everyone was able to recognise and enjoy. It added to the enjoyment of our day so much and a special thank you to Duncan for helping make it so special! Would definitely recommend Duncan for any event!"

"Fiona was an absolute star - "stepping in" for Siobhan at the last minute who sadly became unavailble to play for our wedding. However, Siobhan had provided Fiona with everything in terms of music and it went perfectly. The element of live music provided by Fiona was commented upon by all our guests, many of whom stayed to listen and enjoy Fiona's music which only enhanced what was a fantastic day. Cannot recommend Melisma highly enjoy for a thoroughly professional and exceptional level of service! Rob & Nathan "

"Thanks very much for your fantastic set at Marlin's Wynd - we were so glad we picked It's No Reel. The band managed to liven up traditional ceilidh songs, and the caller was excellent at keeping everybody on the dance floor and in high spirits. Our guests definitely all agreed too- we had a lot of positive comments about the band after the event. Tom was also very easy to deal with, responding very quickly to emails."

"The Bants performed at our wedding last October in Lincoln and the guys were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we booked them until the wedding day they listened to exactly what we wanted and gave great ideas of their own to make our wedding entertainment perfect! Can't thank Phil and the guys enough! :) :) :) "

"Dear Jess, Thank you from me and Mat!!! You and your band have been absolutely fantastic - we really enjoyed having you sing and play so beautifully and for being so flexible with timing. EVERYONE loved you and the band - they all said you have the most fabulous/ stunning voice and presence. The "EVERYONE" includes all the chefs (they were boogying whilst getting the meal out), the floor staff, and my neighbours who were still working in the garden and didn't quite make over to dinner. Thank you also for singing the 2 songs I requested - my brother (the one who led the speeches) was very touched as they were for him and thought you sang them beautifully! We will certainly be in touch again when we entertain with live music again! With very best wishes to you and all your band members Yvonne & Mat"

"Vicki was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and truly helped make our event such a memorable night. We had so many ladies come up to us throughout the evening asking who she was and complimenting both her saxophone playing and DJ set. Her talent, energy and professionalism were incredible, and she created such a fun atmosphere that kept everyone entertained and dancing all night. The live sax added something really special to the event and brought so much excitement to the room. Not only is Vicki amazingly talented, but she was also a pleasure to work with and incredibly reliable throughout the whole process. We received countless positive comments from our guests, and many people specifically mentioned how much they loved the music. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vicki for any event and would love to have her back again in the future. Thank you, Vicki! Katie & Hannah x"

"Duncan was an absolute pleasure to deal with before, during and after the event. He was responsive in the build-up and had arrived and set up in plenty of time. He made a huge effort to take on our requests and even helped me with a surprise for my wife to be! All of our guests not only commented on how good Duncan was, but also how happy and smiley he is which makes a real difference! Thank you very much Duncan!"

"Mark was brilliant, he was so flexible with timings and everyone loved his sets - I sent him a list of songs I'd love him to play to and he freestyled a lot too and it really created a party atmosphere. He was also very quick to respond and communicate which helps when you've got a lot of vendors for a wedding."

"Josie was fantastic and so professional. From the 1st email we exchanged up until the day before the wedding, all final details were in place so I didn't have worry about anything on my big day. All my guest loved the music played as we have picked (together) a wide variety of genres and styles. I will be recommending Josie to all my friends with the confidence that she will be as wonderful with them as she was with myself. Once again thank you Josie. "
