" What a superb band! It's was a huge privilege to have you play at our wedding, the guests loved it and there wasn't a moment that the dance floor was ever empty!! When booking the Ashdowne, we were initially drawn to the initial repertoire of indie and rock songs the band had on offer and not to mention the talent of both the guitarists, drummer and singers. The band played acoustic and full band sets which didn't disappoint. A truly talented band, who would not look out of place at a major music festival!! Professional through and through and accommodating to all our needs leading up to and during our special day. Thank you every so much for making it such a wonderful day!! "The Line Up were amazing, played fantastically in admittedly fairly small conditions, they were not phased at all! Played all the songs we requested without a hitch. The band were friendly and happy to help with any questions. The floor was shaking, an absolute rock show!! Our family and friends loved it and it really made the day special. These guys are talented and I have no doubt they can cater for any taste in music you have. They were genuine and spoke to us after their set and you tell they love what they do. Highly recommend! "

"We have a lot of musicians and performers come to Denville, but you really stand out head and shoulders above the rest with your entire set. The costumes, the bunting, the choreographed moves, the interaction... We couldn’t have hoped or asked for more. An absolute joy and delight! There is so much power in music and these girls really do bring the magic."

"Funk’N’Soul performed at a wedding celebration held at Maisemore Gloucestershire on 28 August. The two hour set and DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, which was exactly what was wanted!! Awesome night!"

"‘Hi Helen, we just wanted to feedback how amazing we thought the band were when they played at our Post Wedding Party last night. Their version of Elbow’s 'One Day Like This' for our first dance was so special, totally brilliant and we loved it. The rest of the songs throughout the evening were just as great and we loved them all, a great mix of oldies and newbies. We have had so much positive feedback from our guests, from young to old everyone has commented on how great the band was, even the hotel bar staff said how good they were and that they were one of the best bands they had seen. The evening flew by and we just wish they could have played all night too and we would definitely book them again if we get an excuse. Many thanks to all of the band members and to yourself for making the whole process, from start to finish, go so smoothly and for being so helpful and flexible, really nice bunch of guys :)"

"In a word - WOW! If you want to get your party started... Start with booking this band! You won't be disappointed! This amazing swing, soul, funk band of talented musicians are experts in working the crowd and audience participation- led by the fun and fabulous, charismatic vocalist. The band SELL OUT every time we book them and the feedback has always been fantastic .... go on... treat yourself!"

"We booked Overdrive for our Wedding in May this year and wow we have nothing but amazing things to say about them and every aspect of their performance!! In the build up to the wedding Overdrive was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. After a couple of exchanges of messages, Nora recommended that we saw them at one of their residency evenings in Henley which was so exciting. Nora made such an effort to make us feel welcome and get to know us personally! Overdrive were so supportive, offering us great advice on what the best flow for the day would be, really demonstrating their knowledge and expertise. On the day we didn't have to worry about any logistics and they were set up and ready to go as soon as we got to the reception venue. Overdrive started off with their Ibiza Chills set for the drinks reception, providing the perfect background music to a glass of fizz and some canapes. The evening followed with their 4-piece band, setting off the dance floor with a bang after the first dance! The performance was incredible and they had everyone on the dancefloor for every second possible. They brought such great energy and it was so nice to have them getting involved with the guests. All of our guests have been so complimentary of Overdrive, saying what a fantastic vibe they brought to the night, how incredible the music was, and how much fun they had. Moreover, our photographer was in absolute awe of their tunes and proceeded to stay for the rest of their set! It was so fantastic seeing how our vendors worked together with such professionalism to promote each others businesses, all whilst bringing together such a beautiful day for us. If you're planning an event then we cannot recommend them enough, and we are already looking for any excuse to have another party so we can book them again!! If you still don't believe us - We highly recommend checking out their socials. You can really get a flavour for their incredible sound, vibe, and party atmosphere!"

"My husband and I walked into a packed dance floor at the beginning of the night - which is unheard of ! From that point onwards, I never saw the dance floor empty , the atmosphere was amazing - I really can not say how happy I was with these two. If you are able to book them, this duo are amazing ! Thank you x"
