"Southern sons quite literally made our evening, they learnt our first dance song, quite an obscure one as it was an American country song. They played it beautifully. Our dance floor was never empty and the boys were hilarious. They filled the room with an amazing atmosphere and people haven’t stopped raving about them. My new husband and I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all once again for giving us the best night. We will be keeping them in mind for future events. Highly recommended."

"Please excuse the delayed message, but Stella and I have only just returned from our honeymoon. We just wanted to give you a huge thank you for all you efforts on our wedding day on 15th October. You were terrific and really got the whole party on the dance floor! The energy you brought was utterly contagious and irreplaceable! "The Hot Hats played at an event my employers were holding to celebrate 50 years in business and I don't think they could have chosen anyone better. They were asked to play songs from the 60s and they played a fantastic selection of songs from that era. A perfect mixture for the event, and everyone there loved it. I think it's testament of their powers to entertain that there were people who had experienced the songs first time round singing along, getting involved while children danced around to songs they may never have heard before! The boys are friendly, engaging and brilliant performers. Thank you for an amazing time, Hot Hats"

"The band were brilliant , they headlined my party and they were absolutely amazing, they phoned me a month before to schedule, on the day they turned up early and they are so talented you dont have to specify songs, they just had an automatic connection with my audience which on my big 50th birthday meant so much to me,, thank you Mitch Gary Craig and Dan you were absolutely brilliant and all of my friends haven't stopped talking about your performance over the whole weekend, many thanks"

"Thanks very much for your fantastic set at Marlin's Wynd - we were so glad we picked It's No Reel. The band managed to liven up traditional ceilidh songs, and the caller was excellent at keeping everybody on the dance floor and in high spirits. Our guests definitely all agreed too- we had a lot of positive comments about the band after the event. Tom was also very easy to deal with, responding very quickly to emails."

"We're really pleased we chose Shakers Gold to perform at our wedding reception at Kings Weston House. They were full of energy and enthusiasm, and the choice of songs went down well with all our guests! Chris and the band were polite, professional and flexible. It was also convenient that the band were familiar with the venue. We would highly recommend them!"
