"We loved having James play the bagpipes at our wedding - it was the perfect Scottish touch we were looking for. James was great to work with, so professional and flexible when asked to play at different parts of the day- he was more than happy to wait around without any issues at all. He was also great with getting in touch before the wedding and always answered very quickly if I had any questions. So many guests commented on how great he was - if you are looking for bagpipes for a special event from someone who will be more than happy to interact with guests and really add value to the day, then we definitely recommend choosing James."

"The Weegie Beats played our wedding and had the dance floor busy all night through their sets. Also the drummer did an excellent dj set after. Very talented, professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend."

"So not only did my gorgeous kids organise a wonderful birthday for me they also managed to surprise me with the very lovely and talented Terry who plays my favourite instrument ? Terry asked Sarah what my all time favourite song is and learnt it in a week ❤ Thank you Terry for making my birthday the icing on the cake, its a memory I will have forever ❤"

"BM Ceilidh Band were exceptional for our Military Burns formal dinner night. Dave was lovely to work with on the lead up to the event, and catered for a last minute date change with no fuss – thank you so much for that. On the night Dave, Alan and Gerry were just excellent! Their knowledge and variety of Ceilidh songs ensured the night was a roaring success with the dance floor full for every song. The combination of the Melodian, Guitar and superb singing really made the night special. 100% would recommend to anyone and hope to have them again for future events. "

"Georgia was fantastic on the night, she arrived on time and was cheery and friendly. She played everything I requested and had even learnt some new things. The venue and crowd weren't very large but she was loved by every one. Thank you so much for making my event perfect."

"Ruth played at our wedding this May and was brilliant. We had a garden function and then afternoon tea in a marquee. Ruth is an excellent harp player who created a wonderful atmosphere throughout the day with a wide-ranging repertoire of pieces that we picked out together. Thanks again Ruth!"

"We booked Vicki for our wedding fairly soon before the event via lastminutemusicians.com. What a find, she was excellent in every respect, easy to deal with before hand and on the day blew everyone away with her beautiful music during the ceremony and then during the drinks reception after. "Lucy livened things up somewhat. This tall, slim, striking girl has an engaging personality. Possessing all the elements of an all-round class act, she even got a Mexican wave going around the room during her saxophone rendition of Tequila. Watchable and smile-inducing, she also sings very well. I would be most surprised if the assembled bookers were not queuing up to offer her work."
