"Nia recently performed at our local Community Hospital for the 75th Birthday of the NHS. There was an array of guests at the event and Nia catered for both the younger & older generations in attendant. Her voice was effortless and the choice of bilingual songs was a breath of fresh air; hearing the Welsh language in song is unfortunately now a rarity at public events. From the first note Nia sang an emotive frisson arose, a true talent, goosebumps throughout, keep reaching for the stars."

"EM Strings were absolutely amazing and provided the most beautiful live music for our summer garden party this August. Each member of the ensemble was so talented and also so lovely to interact with. They have such an extensive repertoire of songs that we were treated to, hit after hit. "Miriam was absolutely wonderful at our wedding yesterday. Her playing was beautiful and really set the mood for the ceremony and reception. She turned up with a smile and really worked around the logistics. She was fantastic at helping to discuss an arrangement to play and was very accommodating about working around our needs. Would very highly recommend Miriam for anyone considering a cellist for their wedding, couldn't have been happier! "
