"Jo has been my singing teacher for many years and I booked her to sing at my Mum's 80th Birthday party. Jo spent considerable time liaising with us to come up with the perfect set for the occasion and helping us to decide whether we wanted singing in the background, or as a performance. We opted for a performance and Jo really got the party going! Guests ranged in age from teenagers to those in their 90's and every single one of them either got up and danced or joined in with the singing. My Mum was simply over the moon and has some fabulous video and wonderful photos of all her friends thoroughly enjoying themselves - and memories that she will cherish forever. Jo is professional, reliable and is able to adapt to suit any occasion, but most of all she is fun - a real 'people person' - and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her either as an entertainer or singing teacher."

"Absolutely phenomenal, they had everyone on the dance floor all night. Becca, our vocalist was also incredible. They created an amazing atmosphere and everyone commented on how amazing they were. "We held a Christmas function with a World War One Centenery theme. John kindly played themed songs to create an early 20th century atmosphere and was very friendly and professional. All who came to the event commented on the authenticity of the music and how much we enjoyed the classic WWI songs as well as the 20s, swing and French sounds. Thanks John!"

"There was some confusion in the booking, but as soon as The Swans arrived everything was fantastic! I had felt concerned about not being able to choose a set-list, but the band chose each song on the night and got it spot on! Our guests had a fantastic time dancing the night away, and there was no stopping me even in my wedding dress! Everyone commented on how fantastic the band was. It was the best night dancing since my freshers year. They are a truly talented pair, every song was flawless, they were really professional and traveled all the way to Cornwall for our wedding! We can't express how much The Swans brought to our reception, please don't hesitate to book them for your event!"

"We're really pleased we chose The Band to perform at our wedding reception at Kings Weston House. They were full of energy and enthusiasm, and the choice of songs went down well with all our guests! Chris and the band were polite, professional and flexible. It was also convenient that the band were familiar with the venue. We would highly recommend them!"
