"Louise , married on 17/11/2025 Just amazing! Katie was amazing, i am still so blown away by how she made our day so special. Everyone absolutely loved her, so so talented and she sang so beautifully! I asked for certain songs in order and nothing was too much to ask! I cannot fault her. She made our day perfect and we are still so grateful now - we still talk about the way she sung the songs, best decision we ever made was making Katie a part of our day!!!"

"Carly was brilliant, so professional from start to finish. I asked if she could sing Rock and Roll as my Mum loves to dance to this and she did not disappoint. All the guests said how amazing she was and thoroughly enjoyed all the songs she sang, wish she could have sang all night for us!! Always smiling, giving good energy and connecting with the room. Honestly could not have asked for more!! Get Carly booked- you definitely won't regret it. Thank you Carly!!"

"I booked Vernon to play for my 65th birthday party after reading other reviews about him. I have to say that we were not disappointed, he made the party extra special and all my guests enjoyed his music and said what a really nice guy he is. He even backed me when I did a couple of songs myself."

"The very first time we heard Vera Voce sing, she performed "In the Arms of an Angel" on a YouTube channel. We absolutely loved her voice and knew she would be the ideal singer for our Christmas wedding in 2022, and we were so fortunate that our wedding date suited her diary. Little did we know, then, that Vera Voce would - in a metaphorical sense - come to provide those very angelic, reassuring arms for us on our wedding day, as we were faced with a number of unexpected challenges (including train strikes, snow chaos, and traffic delays). It all added to the stresses of the day, particularly for the bridal party, who were not sure they would even make it to wedding in time. However, the moment we entered the Church and were met by Vera Voce's soaring aria as she performed her opening song to the Groom ("Nella Fantasia"), any worries and anxieties magically disappeared. Instead, a wonderful sense of calm and serenity descended - like arms of an angel - where Vera Voce's song, accompanied on the piano by amazing Paolo Freitas, literally transported us to a breathtakingly beautiful, almost etheral, space in time. From that point, everything fell into place, and Vera Voce became our guiding light and steadfast beacon for the rest of the day and evening. Not only was she our amazing soprano for our wedding ceremony, singing five songs in four different languages (Italian, Latin, Portuguese and English!), but she single-handedly provided the full musical entertainment for our wedding reception, covering everything from Depeche Mode to Abba - and even led the wedding party in a surprise Les Miserables flash mob! We are indebted to Vera Voce for making our wedding day the huge and unforgettable success that it was; her work ethic and professionalism is second to none, and her warmth, great sense of humour and generosity of spirit is something we will never forget. We feel we did not just hire a singer for our special day, but a true artist who engaged everyone with her presence and creative performance, and who has become a friend for life. We cannot recommend Vera Voce enough. She will bring joy and light and life-time memories to any special events, giving 110% until the very moment the lights go out for the night. Perhaps the greatest testament to the lasting effect that Vera Voce had on our wedding day was when the Priest himself leaned over and whispered to us during the ceremony: "Where did you find this singer? She is fantastic." We would only like to add that choosing this lovely young woman to sing at our wedding, and at the reception, was one of the best, if not the best, decision, that we made when arranging our wedding. "Rachel has sung for our older adults in residential care for the past year and is always very entertaining and professional. The feedback from our residents is always good and we just wish we could afford to book her every month. "Danny was very easy to communicate with, and super relaxed about performing even though it was a new venue and place to him. Many of the guests commented on how good he was and he provided the perfect atmosphere for reception drinks and canapes. Danny had a good variety of songs, and they all sounded excellent!"

"I booked Darren for my mum’s 80th birthday party. Darren was extremely helpful and professional and the whole process of organising the song choice etc. was so easy. Darren has a lovely voice and his performance created a great atmosphere. Everyone was dancing and had a brilliant time. Thank you Darren for making this celebration so special for my mum. Suzanne"

"Top class performers. Professional but relaxed and so warm and friendly. Incredible and versatile voices and they knew just how to get the party started. Catherine is a total and utter delight - from communicating with her prior to the event right through to saying a final goodbye. Sassy, fun loving, beautiful inside and out and with a voice that sends shivers down one’s spine. I promise that if you are lucky enough to have Loose Shoes being available for whatever event you are planning you will be as thrilled and delighted as me. First class in every way.
