Review Centre: Guitarists

"I had the utmost pleasure of seeing Chris Tavener last night at 81 Renshaw on the penultimate show of his tour. Having seen Chris play more times than I can count on my fingers and toes, this was hands (and feet) down the best time I've seen him play; he really came in to his own and gave an oustanding 'tour mode' performance. Constantly encouraging audience participation - and successfully getting the whole venue singing along to his catchy chorus hooks - and effortlessly making everyone laugh with his witty and topical lyrics, Chris was certainly in his element. I couldn't recommend Chris enough for any type of event or function as his style is suitable for absolutely anything. A seasoned performer, an amazing guy and an admirably hard worker, he deserves everything and more that comes his way. "

Perfect for pubs, parties, weddings restaurants he will make any music night go with a swing - or even perfect for relaxing background music. With over twenty years of experience Simon guarantees a standard that few can match and, with a very long list of songs in his repetoire, he can cater for all tastes. "We recently booked Tom for a House Party and I can only commend him on his professional approach, reliability and quality of performance. Tom listened to what we wanted and adapted to our needs, he was punctual and easy to work with, and his performance was great, Tom possesses genuine vocal ability which really came across in a live setting. In summary Tom was brilliant and represented fantastic value for money, I very strongly recommend him and would be delighted to book him again. "

"Sean was really easy to work with, great at replying really quickly to emails and texts and sent us the contract straight through. Everyone really enjoyed the set list and had a great time dancing around the fire to his music. He even managed to play a request which wasn't on his normal set list.
