"What a magical time we had! Vicky and the Devon Strings were a treat to listen to and a treat to interact with. We had a wonderful gathering of people to celebrate the retirement of a very dear friend, and many of the people there were knowledgeable about music. The Devon String quartet fulfilled all of our expectations and beyond. What a delight to hear such professional and sensitive playing, performed with such kind hearts and obvious joy. Thank you so much Devon Strings for a splendid evening that was made so very memorable by your presence and delightful music across a broad and beautiful repertoire!"

We can't thank him enough for his professionalism, communication and his talents. He was able to accommodate our requests and his wide and diverse repertoire meant we had a little bit that appealed to all generations of our guests! "

She turned up with a smile and really worked around the logistics. She was fantastic at helping to discuss an arrangement to play and was very accommodating about working around our needs. Would very highly recommend Miriam for anyone considering a cellist for their wedding, couldn't have been happier! "

"Gordon has a superb gritty, bluesy, soul voice that really hits the spot when he lets rip…….. his arrangements really good and he has great vocals. I particularly like it when he opens up those chords and gives out with that really gravelly, soulful voice."
