"Wow! We booked Unwritten Duo for my dad's 80th Birthday party and they were absolutely incredible from start to finish. We requested several songs which they learned for my dad as a surprise. They spoke with us beforehand to make sure their set lists and the DJ music would be to everyone's taste and were happy to take requests on the night from guests. They were both highly professional, mega talented and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be booking them for future family gatherings. 10/10"

"We just cannot say enough good things about these guys. We were so blown away by how good they were! Everything from our communications with Adam through to the music on the night and all our little requests in between were handled in such a professional manner. The guys were so truly lovely and patient both before and during our wedding. The dance floor was packed all night and although at some points the dancing got a little scary (read BAD), it was great to see everyone having such a good time. All of our guests keep telling us how good the band was and we couldn't agree more. Guys we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Best Day Ever!"

"Garage Nation played at our wedding on August 25th and they were fantastic; great musicians and lovely people. There was a nice range of music so everyone had something to dance to and nobody wanted the night to end! We choose Garage Nation for their garage repertoire and oh my did they deliver! Everyone was on their feet from the first dance right through to the end of the night - we loved it and had an amazing time. The band got lots of compliments too, everyone was impressed - you guys rock! "

"Can’t thank Mitch and the band enough for playing at our wedding! We hired the daytime duo for our drinks reception which were great and the 5 piece band for the evening. They were great at getting involved with our guests by coming out onto the dance floor, had many people compliment us afterward on how good they were! They were also so easy to contact and liaised with the venue on specifics so took a job of my list!"

"As a wedding venue we get to listen to a huge range of bands with prices varying from £500-£5,000. Sadly price has nothing to do -or so it seems- with professionalism, personality and ability! Jolly Polly and the Pirates is very much at the bottom end of this price spectrum, but very, very much at the top of the performance ratings! To sum them up? They are musicians with really nice personalities who have great technical ability and understanding of sound, mixing and the audience. On bass guitar and vocals is Polly, who is probably one of the most energetic singers we have come across, with great variations, presence and depth. On lead guitar (and keys) Jon has great technical skills and enthusiasm for his role in the band, and on drums (and occasionally keys at the same time!!) a drummer who actually loves his drums - at last someone who realises drums are an instrument, not an object to take out your aggression on, perhaps that is down to his experience and talent. Individually they are great - as a band they are awesome! - Certainly at the top of our list and always hoped for! Alpheton Hall Barns - Historic Suffolk Wedding Venue "

"My days one of my favourite bands! There fantastic and play a bit of everything! Had them for my sisters 60th birthday they were fab!! Definitely would recommend The Marvellous Motown Souls!!!!"
