"There is no rating on here for an 11 otherwise I would give it to Edina & Tony - De Fuego. They very kindly contacted me early on and asked what I would like to hear, what music I liked and how long I want them to play. They even went to the trouble of learning a new song just for me, Toxicity, by System of a Down which was amazing. If you want your party/event to be lifted by Edina's Infectious smile or the warmth and sophistication of their incredible flamenco playing book them. They even took time after to chat and play along with an improvised version of Wonderwall with my family. They are lovely people and very talented. 11 out of 10..."

"So I’m a little behind in thanking everyone for the most perfect day... especially these amazing humans! Going back 2 years ago when I first saw them; my maid of honour and myself couldn’t stop dancing ! To the day of the wedding when they play “here comes the Diversion” to walk/dance down the aisle too! Everybody at the wedding absolutely loved them! And said how incredibly talented and amazing they were! Plus they are both so charming and really get involved in the party! I even got upset when they said it was time for them to go! Absolutely incredible & amazing guys! And I couldn’t highly recommend you enough! You made our wedding day!!! So thank you!!!"

"Latina Festivale put on a beautiful performance for us at The Northcote. They delivered a versatile set ranging from relaxing tunes to upbeat lively tunes. Keys, percussion & vocals, all spectacular. They did an amazing job of reading the crowd and creating the perfect energy for the pub. We have never had so many people dancing! I highly recommend Latina Festivale."

"From the moment of getting in contact with De Fuego, they were fantastic at communication. Very helpful, flexible and amazing for the price! Edina and Tony are lovely, the University received nothing but compliments about their music. They brought a wonderful atmosphere onto campus, and I'm already arranging for them to come back again next year. Thank you again Edina and Tony!"

"For our Wedding, Ley played the classical guitar for us during the Wedding Breakfast, and it created a fantastic ambience for the meal. He also played at our Evening Reception, and it is wonderful to look back at some great pictures of a dance floor packed with our guests.  The clever thing about his music for a wedding is that it spans the generations so everyone joins in. I know that my father was thrilled to be granted a wish to have his special song played for me at my wedding.  Ley learned the song especially and kept it as a surprise for me on the day. Ley also learned ‘our song’ for the First Dance. He performed a fantastic version of the original, it was amazing as all he was given was a CD to listen to. It was such a great personal touch to make the day extra special."

"You and your band were absolutely fantastic, they had a great Cuban vibe that gave the party the feeling we were shooting for. The band were really professional and very friendly and I'm glad they got join in with the festivities! I especially enjoyed the mid set wardrobe change. "Last night at Whighams we had a world music night which was one of the best nights we have ever had. First up Bossa Nova & MPB. For the last few months I have been lucky enough to work with Sergio and Kevin in this trio playing Brazilian music. We met at a jam session organised by Ash Gupta and are playing regularly. For me it is a welcome change and an opportunity to play a different style. Next up we had a fantastic band from Latvia playing a highly melodic jazz funk set which went down really well and was appreciated by the audience. Finally the evening was closed off with a fantastic flamenco set which was just terrific, I knew what Danielo Olivera and his group would do and was sure the Whighams crew would love it and they did! An excellent and very memorable night that I was delighted to be involved with and a highlight of the music program that Kevin and Graeme Knox put together. "
