"We hired a DIY Party Bundle (and a sub-woofer) for a bash at the pub. Brilliant. James is very responsive, he operates by Instant Message, and it works very well. Kit was amazing - it's real quality stuff. It made the party. An ipod with a 5 hour playlist of our fave choonz was better than having a DJ. Great service, great kit, great price."

"It was a pleasure to have Oliver play an hour set for our joint 30/60th birthday party this weekend. From the beginning of the booking he was very accommodating and really easy to get in touch with. Many of our guest commented how brilliant the performance was; the acoustic set worked perfectly for the smallish venue and Oliver sounded fab. His music added something really special to the party! "Christina is a lovely friendly girl with a great voice. She had her own take on a number of the songs performed which i found particularly pleasing. All my guests commented on how good she was and how she had made my Birthday event special. I would recommend her to anyone that wants am excellent singing to brighten up any event or occasion. Thank You Christina you were great."

"Absolutely brilliant wedding band, everyone's been raving about them. The afternoon acoustic set was very good and they had everybody up on the dance floor in the evening with a great mix of old and new songs. Two very talented lads and a good laugh too. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding band, no matter where. They traveled down to South Lincolnshire for our wedding, arrived on time and were very professional. Thanks again lads."

"Andrew was great from start to finish and we booked him to play piano for our wedding ceremony and as background music during dinner. He took the time to visit our wedding venue before we actually booked him so he could provide a detailed plan for our day. He was also very accommodating in letting us hear some snippets of our specific song requests for our Big Day. His communication was great and he responded to our questions promptly and always put our mind at ease. The music was fantastic on our wedding day and we would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a pianist to play at their wedding."

"Bessie’s life in blues brought back to life. Some performers deserve to be known by more than their work. Bessie Smith won fame as Empress of the Blues in the 1020’s, but there was more to her life than money and fame. She died in 1937, but 80 years on a good sized crowd were held rapt at the Thunderbolt as Dave Merrick narrated her life story, from a ragged upbringing in the American South, with the help of original recordings. Bessie shot to fame because her unique vocal style could cut through the limitations of 1920s recording technology. But it was the live performances the Totterdown audience were waiting for, and Natalie Davis on vocals, with Dave on guitar and Brenan Whitmore on saxophone did not disappoint. Renditions of I Need A Little Sugar in my Bowl, and ‘Taint Nobodies Business If I Do made the magic of Bessie shine, from the slow paced blues of the 1920s to the syncopated swing of the 1930. . the show had the audience rapt. - Paul Breeden, South Bristol Voice (May 01, 2017)"
