"Managed to meet Matt at a venue ahead of booking him- really friendly and approachable guy. Excellent choice to have played at our small wedding- read the crowd well and brought our evening to life, and unexpectedly had everyone up and dancing (including an impromptu first dance). Icing on the cake for our day. Great vocals and guitar playing. Couldn't recommend more! "

On the day, the music we picked was played so beautifully and the harp fitted perfectly into our venue. "We would like to say thank you again for playing at our wedding last month, you really added something special to the celebration. From the earliest planning stages it was very important to me that we would have a piper playing some of the tunes I knew from all the Highland Games my dad took me to as a youngster. I had the window open in the room at the hotel where I was getting ready so I could hear you clearly. You were brilliant on the day, going above and beyond the call of duty throughout, and were glad we chose you. It was very good of you to stay on as long as you did. We hadn't even considered being piped into the meal, but it was a lovely way to introduce the next part of the day. Very best wishes, and thanks again. Neil & Anna. PS: Thanks for "Hector the Hero". "First of all I would just like to say a massive thank you from myself and my wife Jorjia for accommodating us at short notice for our wedding at which you recently performed. Not only did you have to arrange new sets due to the 1920s theme of our wedding with a week’s notice but you also had the pressure of performing in front of the television crew knowing that it would be aired in front of 1.8 million people on the popular BBC television show ‘Don't Tell the Bride. Honestly you were unbelievable and there were endless comments throughout the evening on the beautiful singing voice of Carly- the lead singer who took the whole evening in her stride and embraced the stage like the true professional she is. Unbelievably talented and seamless throughout. Professionalism and showmanship! We will be forever in your debt and will not hesitate to recommend you to everyone and anyone.
