"We were delighted to welcome Nia to our care home recently, and what a truly special experience it was! Nia was not only professional but also wonderfully grounded and warm. Her performance was nothing short of magical — her beautiful voice captivated everyone in the room. The residents absolutely loved the variety of songs she performed, with a lovely balance of both Welsh and English favourites. Over the course of an hour, Nia connected effortlessly with residents and staff alike, filling our home with joy, light, and laughter. Residents have already been asking when she’ll return — a true sign of how much she was appreciated! We wish Nia every success on her journey as a solo singer and are so proud of everything she has achieved so far. She will always have friends here at Plas."

"Dermot added something truly special to a difficult day, being my mother-in-law's funeral, but a combination of his professionalism, artistry and sensitivity made a deep impression on everyone there. On top of that, the speed with which Sarah-Jane arranged things with Dermot at very short notice helped enormously in smoothing the arrangements for the whole day. Thank you!"

"I have just sent a note of thanks to Bob for his excellent playing today. He was most co-operative and helpful throughout our discussions and today. Because of not wanting crowds we did not publicise the venues and broadcast live via the Parish Facebook page which has earned lots of likes and positive comments. All in all it went exactly as we wanted and we would certainly use his, and your, services when next we have need."

"Cannot recommend Matt enough! He played during our welcome, ceremony and wedding breakfast as wel as the drinks reception following the ceremony. The day would not have been the same without him! the music choices were just perfect and that was all down to Matt. We received so many compliments from our wedding guests at how amazing he was and it really made the day perfect. Matt himself is a lovely guy and the whole process of booking was so easy and stress free! thank you so much Matt!"

"I contacted Terry after I had to re arrange my sisters hen do that was supposed to be in Cannes, he got back to me right away and managed to fit us in, Terry was absolutely fantastic and quite frankly made the party we had the best time dancing the playlist was absolutely spot on! "

"​I booked this wonderful harpist for the first 90 minutes of my 60th Soirée at The Queens Hotel, and she was a dream to work with. From the start, her communication was efficient and helpful; she took the time to understand my musical preferences and curated a brilliant setlist of top tunes within that genre. ​On the day, she arrived exactly on time, set up promptly, and looked incredibly stylish—fitting the Palm Court vibe perfectly. Her playing was simply amazing and provided the ideal backdrop for our 150 guests. If you want a performer who is as organised as they are talented, I cannot recommend her highly enough!"
