"Well what can we say, booking them was a decision I’ll never regret! We were actually very fussy in picking our wedding band so we looked through the internet and our search was a rather large radius. As soon as we listened to this band we knew they were what we were looking for! Alternative, high energy and brilliant repertoire. The band accommodated some last minute alterations and on the night we couldn’t have asked for any more! They filled the dance floor and I was actually rolling around on the floor by the end of the night. They made a special effort to learn our first dance which was utterly FANTASTIC and they even learnt a Scottish favourite of ours which the crowds absolutely loved. If you are thinking of booking them DO IT. Perfect band to have a brilliant evening of dancing and good tunes!"

"Rachael and I wanted to say thank you for an amazing performance on the night of our wedding and the thorough professionalism and flexibility you showed from the time we booked the band. Our day didn't go to plan, as you probably remember (I didn't expect to be doing my speech to anyone but day guests, let alone the evening guests and the band) but the fact you were so flexible and played for the best part of 2 hours solid, helped make it the fantastic day that it was. "

"Fun and great band with top sounding musicians. Everyone loved their music and were hugely impressed, good stage presence too. The communication ahead of the event. They play an array of classics with some contemporary to suit all our guests musical tastes."

"Review: From start to finish we have nothing but praise for The Krakens. Chris was quick to respond to my enquiry looking for a band to play at a 30th birthday party and kept in touch from then on. We were sent a varied list of songs to choose from; a mix of rock/pop both modern and classic. Once the booking was confirmed they asked us if there was anything we wanted added to the list and they would learn them for the evening! On the night the band turned up on time, and set up (and packed up) without any bother. Their performance was totally satisfactory, two excellent one-hour sets which included our requested numbers. Everyone agreed that The Krakens were a friendly, “tight” band that performed with confidence and professionalism which made our night that bit special. Would definitely recommend them!"

"We really wanted a lively party for our wedding reception and that's exactly what we got with Fresh Grooves! They got through so many songs in the night, it's hard to believe! Great musicians and brilliant performers. Hope they had a good time too!"

"Although our guests were all rather advanced in years, primed managed to keep the dance floor full all night. They played a really diverse mix of music both old and new and took requests from the audience. Fantastic spontaneity."
