"The HB Jazz Ensemble were great, friendly but professional. Their music was perfect for our get together and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for any occasion where smooth jazz, mixed with a few standards, was the order of the day. "Paul played at our wedding and he was incredible! First he sang our first dance “Can’t help falling in love”, which was so special and then did a mix of sax and singing for a couple hours before the DJ arrived for the evening. Everyone was on their feet, young and old which was so good to see. Paul is a top guy, great and listening to what you are looking for, promptly sets up, bringing everything he needs so he’s ready. We had nothing but compliments from all our guests, some sad he had to go! "

"H&R acoustics played at our wedding and they were great. They play a wide repertoire of songs, including jazz, soul and Latin music, both ballads and more uptempo numbers. Highly professional duo and there was fantastic feedback from the guests. They are also very easy to deal with, which made our wedding preparations that bit easier. We’d definitely book H&R again! "

"Phil was the saxophone player at a wedding I recently attended and the atmosphere created by having a saxophone incorporated with the tracks was awesome. Phil certainly knew when to be subtle and when to raise the roof throughout the wedding reception party. Of course we were in the UK but it felt like we were abroad and we danced into night with our close friends and family. So good."
