"Absolutely brilliant. They helped a really great Party become a really, really fantastic Party. The guys were very engaging and very accommodating. They added to their repertoire many songs of our request and delivered them to a superb standard. Got us all dancing and enjoying the night. I could not recommend them enough and will definitely book them again for our next Party (Or someone else's). The encores were brilliant, never danced so much. Thank you so much. Baz & Kath xx"

"James,you made our wedding such a brilliant and happy occasion with your talent. James played five ballads at the end of our wedding meal, one we all sang along too(flash mob style). Great. James created a wonderful,fun,easy chilled out atmosphere. People listened, smiled, or sang along. Later James played a second set which everybody loved. Guests said they could have listened for hours. James has a fabulous voice, and his guitar playing was excellent too. We would not hesitate to recommend James. James, you made our wedding a day we will never forget. With Gratitude, Newly weds Mr and Mrs Skinn."

"From the moment we saw and heard Stuart play, we knew he would be right for our wedding venue. He has not failed to deliver exceeding expectation. He has been a pleasure to deal with, polite, on time pleasant with guests and looked smart for the wedding. We’ve had some lovely feedback from guests arriving at the venue to Stuart’s guitar playing for their arrival and in the ceremony, he also rehearsed our special song for us for on the day to exit the ceremony which was perfect thank you Stuart. I would highly recommend Stuart and not hesitate to do so for music on arrival and in the ceremony he had plenty of song choices in his repertoire to get the right atmosphere for the wedding. It contributed to our perfect day. "

""Very happy with the overall communication before the event – easy to liaise with you and confirm requirements, timings etc. You arrived early which was great to help get everything set up in time for the evening. The music itself was great and we had plenty of comments from people to say how much they enjoyed it – you played exactly the kind of music we were after and really felt the vibe of the room. You adapted to when we needed specific breaks during the meal for awards and was always a really smooth transition. Overall we were extremely happy with the service you offered and the performance in general. Would definitely re-book if we had another similar need/event!""

"Constance played the piano for our wedding ceremony: background music as guests arrived and then songs for important points in the ceremony. Constance played beautifully and is very talented. She was friendly and easy to communicate with when organising our big day and was very helpful with making suggestions with our music arrangements, making it much less stressful. I would definitely recommend her. :) "

"I’m sorry I did not get the chance to speak to you yesterday, so I wanted to say thank you for the beautiful music you played for my Dad’s funeral. There had been miscommunication and the mourners were gathered outside the chapel rather than at the gate. Nevertheless it made the sad occasion very special to all of us to hear the Scottish pipes leading my Dad on his final journey, and it will be a cherished memory for me always. Thank you again."

"I would have no hesitation in recommending Luc, he played at our recent wedding and created a magical and perfect atmosphere. The harp sounded amazing, Luc played a variety of both classical and modern music as requested by us. Luc arrived in plenty of time and set up with no fuss. He is so talented and made our day perfect, we can’t thank him enough for managing to get to us in the middle of Storm Eunice."

We just wanted a happy and relaxed party for my little boy who loves music a lot! It worked very well, Thanks Charlie for your coming and made this home event very special. "

"Outstanding! Jack listened to the music genre I liked and I actually chose 3 songs not on his playlist and what an amazing job he did, I walked down the aisle to him singing he then entertained guests and they loved him, Jack interacted with them and let them join in with him! My groom and I also posed with him. I would 100% recommend him to anyone without a doubt well worth his fee! "

"It was wonderful to have Surrey String play at our parent's wedding anniversary celebration. The musicians were extremely professional and played beautifully throughout the event. Many guests comments on how much they enjoyed the musicians and how special it was to have live music on the day. thank you for your efforts in making the whole event a big success. "

"Working with Lara and the girls in Hope String Quartet has been an absolute pleasure. Having contacted LIPA to enquire about availability of students, Lara from Hope String Quartet, was very prompt in responding with video footage and a bio. The Telegraph Cruise & Travel Show was a two day event at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10-4pm on Sunday. As the only string quartet at the event, it was quite demanding on the girls to play across both days with 1-1.5hrs sessions on a tight schedule. Their performances were fantastic and provided our visitors with a relaxing and intimate atmosphere within our Cream Tea Experience. We have received many lovely comments from our visitors since the show, and I would highly recommend Hope String Quartet for any event that requires a classy and sophisticated musical accompaniment. "
