"Ruth played for the ceremony part of our wedding back in spring. Hearing Ruth play while I was waiting to walk down the aisle after my bridesmaids, my nervousness went and was replaced with excitement. Many of our guests commented how it was such a lovely touch to have the harp. Even my husband who was originally a bit sceptical about having a harpist for the ceremony thought that it was beautiful and added something special. Ruth is friendly, professional, and open to requests. We can highly recommend Ruth!"

"Kathryn was absolutely perfect for our wedding. We were only a month from our wedding when our other musician cancelled, I wish we’d gone to Kathryn first. All communication was great, and the performance on the day was everything we hoped for, Kathryn was able to read the room and provide the perfect background for our wedding. 10/10, if anyone was to ask for musician recommendations Kathryn would be top of my list! "

"I just wanted to say thank you so much for arranging for Philippa to play at our wedding last week. She was amazing. We have had so many lovely comments from our family and friends regarding her music - she really did add a beautiful atmosphere to our special day. I was saying to my mum earlier today that we need to arrange something else so we can have Philippa back to play! "My husband Phil and I chose Morven to play at our small, intimate family wedding at Letham House in Haddington. We were particularly drawn to Morven as we loved the fact that she composed her own material and played traditional Scottish music with a contemporary approach. It turned out that Morven was the perfect choice and her beautiful playing was the perfect accompaniment to our special day. I walked down the aisle to ‘Marry me now’ and when we were signing the register Morven played ‘Elements One’ from her new album ‘Driftwood Harp’ which she composed herself. To celebrate our marriage it was ‘The Flowers of Edinburgh’ – our hometown. Morven then provided great music for the rest of the afternoon as we all relaxed and enjoyed a glorious afternoon in the lovely gardens of Letham House. Morven blended in seamlessly with the ceremony and everyone enjoyed her playing and her company. The sound of the Clarsach played by someone as gifted as Morven was a beautiful addition to our wedding."

"Right from when I first spoke to Harriet I knew she would make our wedding so special as she is so lovely and made an effort to know more about us and what we wanted our day to be like. The whole process from booking to picking our songs etc. was very easy for us and she was super organised and approachable. It was so magical hearing her play when we arrived at the venue and as soon as I heard her music I was emotional. Harriet played music before out ceremony, for the ceremony and also for our drinks reception, which set the tone for the day and everyone loved it. We were spoilt for choice when it came to picking songs from her repertoire and she even learnt a Bob Marley song for us, which we had chosen to remind us of our engagement in Jamaica, and one of my favourite memories of the day was walking down the aisle to A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman. Thank you Harriet for your beautiful music and for making our day extra memorable. "

"The booking procedure was very straightforward and efficient. I spoke to Sarah-Jane who answered all my questions in a comprehensive and very friendly manner. Jean was a superstar!! She was highly professional and personable. She was very punctual and was playing as the first guests arrived. The range of music was just right to cater for all tastes and ages. She was smiling and bubbly throughout and was more than happy to play requests for my father!"

"I just wanted to drop you a line and say a huge thank you for playing at our wedding in April. I can't tell you how wonderful it was to be getting ready upstairs and to hear the harp playing from the other side of the garden. It was so calming and peaceful when I felt so nervous at the time!! The harp made every part of the wedding so special - as I made my entrance, as we made our way back down the aisle and during the drinks reception outside. We had so many comments from our guests to compliment you and to say how lovely it was to hear the harp during the day.
