"Eager to please and delivers! This was Gavin's first gig at The Hightown and, to be fair, a bit of a tricky one. For our St. George's Celebration Night we required an act that could not only please the crowd with an interesting and varied set list, but that could also confidently include some traditional patriotic songs to set the right tone for our themed event. Given Gavin's act is wholly acoustic, this presented something of a challenge, but any fears I had were laid to rest as Mr Clarke delivered his own arrangements of songs like "Land of Hope & Glory" and "There Will Always Be An England" along with an assortment of others that really entered into the flag-waving spirit of things splendidly! Managing to win over the enthusiasm of a crowd more used to a heavy drum beat and driving bass line to get them going is no mean feat and Gavin's skill in putting together and serving up a programme that successfully catered for all our needs, without reproducing songs already done to death, was evidenced by people thoroughly enjoying themselves and taking to the dance floor. It's this ability to deliver that won him two further appreciative bookings with us! With a level of skill in guitar playing that is something to behold, Gavin's excellent vocal performance also deserves high praise, so if you are looking to engage the services of a fine vocalist, a fluent guitarist and a heck of a nice guy with bags of talent, you could do your venue or party a massive service and book Gavin for yourselves. "

"Nigel was an integral part of an extremely emotional memorial service to remember all lives lost during the pandemic called the Candleight4covid memorial event in Milton Keynes on 23rd June 2021. His performances were not only extremely professional but also highly emotional making the event even more memorable for all those who attended"

"We were absolutely delighted with Nigel’s performance at our wedding at Rushton Hall. From the moment guests arrived to the final notes at the end of the wedding breakfast, his music brought warmth, elegance, and a truly personal touch to our day. Walking down the aisle to “Heaven” played live by Nigel was one of the most emotional moments of the ceremony. Nigel played “Came here for love” as our exit song and he timed it all just perfectly. During the reception and wedding breakfast, Nigel captured the mood perfectly, and tweaked the music to ensure the audience was consistently entertained. But what really blew everyone away was our reception walk-in as Nigel learned and performed “Chase the Sun” just for us, and it went down an absolute treat with our guests! The energy, the surprise, the joy, it was an unforgettable moment. Nigel was a dream to work with: professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making our day special. He took the time to understand our vision and went above and beyond to deliver it. If you're looking for a pianist who combines talent, heart, and a flair for being able to read his audience then Nigel should be your number one choice. "5 Star Google Review: From the moment we contacted Nigel he was nothing but helpful! He responded quickly to emails with a warm, welcoming approach. We shared our thoughts over email and then video called him to finalise the genres we liked and highlight the types of songs we wanted. The venue we had chosen had quite strict rules in regards to amplified music. Nigel was more than happy to liaise with our wedding planner which put as at ease. We also really appreciated his questionnaire that asked what our colour scheme was and what suits the groomsmen would be wearing. we really liked that he puts thought into not clashing or matching them. Guests don’t even think of this at times, so thanks Nigel :)! On the day Nigel played the venue’s piano and his own mobile one. It was so beautiful to have him there. Our guests loved listening to his music during our drinks reception. Nigel you’re a wonderful person. Your approachable and kind nature added a lovely stress free aspect to our planning process. We’re so pleased we chose to have you with us on your special day X"

"Nigel was great from the very moment we asked him to play on our special day, he took the time to really listen to what we wanted and on the day his piano skills wer fantastic and was a real hit with our guests. Nigel played throughout our ceremony, wedding breakfast and drinks reception in which he preformed with Andrew a singer who he had recommended."

"Nigel played for our wedding service and reception at Blenheim Palace. Nigel was amazing, he communicated very professionally and took his time to ensure we had just what we wanted. Nigel is a total professional and has a great ear for music and plays sensitively with emotion and passion. You can choose from an array of songs and if it’s not in Nigel's extensive repertoire, you do as we did and ask Nigel to play a specific piece for your big day, he was truly amazing and we got just what we wanted. If you are looking for your own personal piano player I cannot recommend Nigel enough, he has his own set up and quality PA System, which is aesthetically pleasing. Whatever your event or whatever genre you need pop songs, jazz, classical or you own special piece. Thank you for making our day so special, Jon and Laura "

"We first heard Jon when he was playing at my friends wedding and immediately we knew we had to book him to play at ours this march, thankfully he wasn't already booked..! Jon has a huge song list he plays for you to choose from and will also do others if requested, we had him play 2 sets first through the wedding breakfast and second out in bar area while our evening guest were arriving... he is amazing.. we had so many compliments from all our guests about him, great Guitar player and an amazing voice, such a great twist on some songs, our favourite was sweet child of mine.. amazing... thank u so much for playing at our wedding and you will come highly recommend by us and hopefully we can book you ourselves again very soon."

"Chris was great! Following my enquiry, Chris contacted me and was really helpful setting up the perfect playlist, arrived in plenty of time on the day and was very patient with the many kids (and adults) we had excited to watch him as he set up. He played in the garden the range of slow and upbeat songs including an acoustic for the proposal which was just awesome, he had everyone up dancing, even incorporating a couple of cheeky requests the guests put in. Thanks very much, it made the event very special and would definitely book again..."
