"Excellent! From start (initial contact and enquiry), to finish (performance), Modern Strings were a pleasure to work with. Sophie was very helpful and accomodating, she also offered a very competitive package, advising what would work in an honest way. She was always prompt with communications, and helped where she could. The team were punctual on the day, and played amazingly, guests loved it! Thanks to the team!"

"The age range was from eight to eighty-eight, but Miriam kept everybody - even the shyer audience members - fully engaged, entertained, and joining in 100%. Her 'Last night of the Proms' programme was a mixture of light classics, popular music, and the traditional 'Last Night' favourites, and she made sure to dress for the occasion, which was the icing on the cake! We hope that this will be an annual treat, and look forward to seeing her regularly and hearing a lot more of her extensive repertoire."

"Lyra Strings played at our wedding ceremony, and she was absolutely incredible. She was more than happy to learn a few of our favorite songs that weren’t on her usual setlist, and her communication in the lead-up to the event was always warm, professional, and helpful. On the day, she exceeded all our expectations—I lost count of the number of guests who complimented her performance! One of my most treasured moments was walking down the aisle while she played ‘Halo’ by Beyoncé. Now I just need another big occasion so I have an excuse to book her again! Highly, highly recommended.
