"We hired Tom to play the piano at my daughters Christening party and would definately hire him again and have already recommended him to friends and family. Tom turned up on time and played beautifully. Everyone commented on how great he was and how nice it was to have live piano music at the party. Tom was friendly and a really nice guy and was also great talking with the kids and took some time to teach them some piano basics when he really didn’t have to. Highly recommend."

"The woman is always smiling. Her manners are as impeccable as her speech is eloquent and articulate. Where there was chit-chat, all of a sudden, there was silence. She had gripped the audience and she now owned them. It was as if she had us all mesmerised. It was as if she had made the universe stop so she could sing especially for you, the individual. It was one of the most intimate performances I'd seen in my life, yet I was behind a bar in a room full of people. Her voice is flawless as her beauty and guitar playing, and if you listen to her recordings they are amazing, but live? Live is an experience that you could not get any other way other than to see her for yourself. There is something about this performer that is special. Sam Lyon is a phenomenon. And I hope you enjoy watching her play as much as I do."

"What can I say a consummate professional, from start to finish. Catherine kept me in the loop, she was polite and friendly and knew what we wanted and needed. She engaged with the crowd and made you feel as much or as little involved as you wanted to be. Her voice and musicality was sublime, she played her guitar effortlessly and it sounded beautiful. I kept being asked where I had found my entertainment from all my guests. The dance floor was full and everyone was so happy, Catherine is an act I will keep for future events and I will be recommending her to anyone who needs a quality act."

"Ollie played at our wedding during the ceremony and after. What can I say, Ollie is extremely talented and everyone commented on his singing. The communication throughout was excellent having to postpone twice over 2 years was not a problem. Ollie learnt a couple of songs for us and we couldn’t be happier. "Amy sings for us once a month at our Live at the Brasserie event, and she is always a huge hit with our guests. Great understanding of suitable setlists - she is able to respond straightaway to whatever audience she's performing to, well organized and punctual, and above all (most importantly perhaps) she has an incredible voice! Really enjoyable performances, new songs and old - fantastic stuff!"

"The Northern Ceilidh band performed at our wedding reception and were fabulous! Jon and the others are extremely talented musicians, and Joyce an experienced and engaging caller. The dance floor for the ceilidh was full from start to finish, and our guests had so much fun. Prior to the wedding, Jon and Joyce went to the trouble of videoing a sequence for us so that we could practice a ‘first dance’ with friends. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wonderful people, wonderful musicians and a wonderful night of dancing. If you’re looking for a fantastic Ceilidh band, look no further! "
