"Emm was amazing in every way - 1. He was the most engaged in our specific needs of all the other musicians I was in contact with 2. He kept in touch all the way up to arrival And wanted to come early to get a feel for the party 3. He was incredibly kind, polite and fun : everybody loved him ! Perfect in every way !!"

"Nigel's piano transformed the atmosphere in the resort bar (at Wyboston Lakes). Delegates heard Nigel playing as they left the dining room and were attracted to stop and listen. We expected the piano to be background music but Nigel chose just the right music and performed so well that many people just listened as to a concert. The overall effect was, as we had hoped, that more people engaged with the evening events and entertainments for the rest of the week. Tremendous success; all thanks to Nigel."

"We spent hours on the internet trying to find someone for our big day who was more than just the usual ‘wedding singer’ and we came across an absolute gem in Jon. His sound is truly unique, his talent absolutely mind blowing. We asked Jon to sing at various times during the day - before the ceremony, walking down the aisle, during the signing of the register and during our drinks reception, which he did brilliantly. We had asked for 2 particular songs which were not on his play list but are special to us which he arranged & performed amazingly – we wish we had a recording of them as they were so good! We hadn’t planned a first dance but our guests badgered us to do one, so we asked Jon if he would mind singing one of our songs again which he did without hesitation. All of our guests were blown away by him and he was, and still is, a big talking point from our wedding. He made our day even more special than it already was. Thank you Jon."

"Nigel played at our wedding on the 9th December 2023 and I can honestly say when I look back out our day the music was one of the biggest highlights for me. From our very first contact right up until the big day Nigel’s communication was amazing, always prompt to reply and nothing was too much bother. Six weeks before our wedding we actually changed our wedding venue and I called Nigel in such a panic as I was stressed but he was so great at calming me down and reassuring me that everything would be okay, and he was right, it was just perfect. Everybody that came to the wedding complimented the music and I myself started crying the moment my song started playing as I was about to walk down the aisle, it sounded perfect. There was a specific part of the song that I wanted to enter to and Nigel managed to time it perfectly without compromising on the quality of the playing. In addition, I was sad that I didn’t get to hear any of the music played before my arrival but I didn’t need to fear, Nigel was kind enough to send me a beautifully put together set list of the music that was performed, this is something that I will treasure. Nigel also recorded many of the songs on his GoPro and promptly sent these recordings to me. To watch my guests arriving, seeing my husband nervous before I arrive and watching myself walk down the aisle was truly magical and I will look back on this videos for years to come. So to summarise, I would highly recommend booking Nigel for your wedding, you will not regret it. "

"We hired Billy for our wedding on 31st March 2018. We had just finished our meal when he arrived and he began the night with nice slow songs and by the end of his set everyone was having a boogie! Many compliments were given and it’s made the night perfect! Thank you Billy your a star! :)"

"If you are considering a pianist please let it be Nigel Hammond! He is professional, easy to get on with, flexible and plays beautifully. Nigel brought something very different to our wedding ceremony and drinks reception and we are so glad that he was able to be our pianist. He played something for everyone and even the children enjoyed the music. Nigel is responsive and has a lovely sense of humour, he always responded to our emails very quickly and the booking process was straightforward. Thank you Nigel."

"Chris was very professional and pleasant. He really took the time before our wedding to chat through all questions or preferences we had, he even had some suggestions of his own too which were very helpful for us. His music was really great and it helped to add to the atmosphere of the day and fitted in wonderfully with our countryside surroundings. We had a lot of non-Scot’s at our wedding, and so many of them loved the added touch of having a piper there! Chris played beautifully and his music added an extra special something to our day! "We booked Nigel to play at home for my mum and dad's 50th wedding anniversary, as my dad was ill, and it was just a few of us. Nigel was an absolute gem of a find. In my initial dealings with him he was really quick to get back to me with replies to all my questions, he was helpful and very efficient. On the actual day he was so sensitive and attentive - we couldn't have found a better person to handle a very personal and intimate moment for the family. Nigel played all the music that my dad used to play so it was very emotional. He was so sociable, laughed along with us and he was just such a pleasure to have in the house. Nigel was able to create a memory for everyone there that we will never forget. My mum and dad have photos of the event up on the wall as they loved it so much. He was extremely quick and discreet in setting up and dismantling everything. Thank you Nigel - you really did make magic happen on that day - I couldn't recommend you highly enough to anyone looking for someone who is sensitive and incredibly professional. My only complaint is that time flew so fast and before I knew it it was over and I wished it could have gone on for so much longer! Thank you Nigel!"

In fact, with the ability to blow chimney pots off roofs with her incredible vocal talent, Sharlette doesn't really need a microphone either! Yet she is not just an amazing voice and a lovely face. "This is a formal THANK YOU for your wonderful playing on Saturday afternoon. Many people said how much they enjoyed hearing you and your harp and how it set the mood perfectly. You certainly had to battle with less than favourable conditions given the afternoon rains. However, whilst that did make things rather difficult for the photographers and for you moving from one location to another, we don’t think it stopped everyone enjoying themselves in the end. Thank you again."
