Review Centre: Background Music Bands

"We probably made things a little difficult for the Strings in that our guest ages ranged from 6 to 90 and in a vast open area, their sound was difficult to hear unless in the main lawn area, and people were wandering everywhere. Having said that, several guests gave me feedback that was very positive and that they enjoyed the music a lot. Jane and the guys co-operated fully with any requests made, and I got a lot of comments where people recognised tunes but without words made it a challenge to identify the song or artist. I had hoped to get a few people dancing but my attempt failed, guests were very much into conversations with friends and family they had not seen got for considerable time. Overall, the strings were very professional, please pass on my thanks to Jane and her colleagues, just a feeling that we did not do them justice."

"Such a wonderful start to the wedding. Music choice was excellent and had the guests dancing and toe tapping from the start to the finish. Great to watch and to listen to. It made the wedding go with a bang. Thank you to all 3 musicians, they were a pleasure to have at the event."

"Cocktail Jazz learned 3 requested songs to play during our wedding ceremony and they were played so, so well. They then played during the drinks reception that followed and again the got the atmosphere just right. Well done guys!"

The trio playing “For the Love of a Princess” for my entrance was incredibly beautiful and really captured the mood perfectly. "Anna was kind enough to be our first singer on our Live Music nights and she set the bar very high! With a superb voice and friendly nature, managed to get the normally quiet clientele to their feet and we all had a fantastic night! Have already booked for more sets as we couldn't let her get away. "We booked Laura to play at our castle wedding. She fully embraced the theme with the outfit she chose. She played everything we asked for and it sounded amazing. We would definitely recommend booking her, she was professional and easy to communicate with."
