"Hello Marcella We just wanted to say thank you so much for playing on our special day. It was absolutely brilliant - all our guests have commented on how amazing the music was and how much you all seemed to capture the mood of the day so perfectly. My husband was saying how he was smiling from the second you played the first note, all the way to you playing outside under the trees, which we thought was fantastic. Our only regret was that we were unable to thank you in person after the final song, we were unaware we would be with the photographer for so long and wished we could have told you all in person how amazing you were and how much you lifted the spirits of all those there that day, including the venue and catering staff. We truly thank you, and hope you have many more years of playing such great music together, and sorry we didn't get to say farewell again."

"It was an absolute prvilege to have Caribbean Regals Steelband playing at my 30th birthday party. The music played gave the exact feel and mood at the correct times; laid back and chilled while the meal took place then upbeat for dancing and games afterwards. I also asked for a mini workshop so my guests and myself could experience the steel drums. They are definitely not as easy as I thought. Sofia and Rujaun were so patient with everyone even when we kept getting all the notes wrong. Sofia and her son Rujaun are extremely talented professionals who are incredibly friendly and easy to get along with and have a laugh. Sofia’s communication was fantastic and the booking process was so swift and easy making for a stress-free time. I would recommend Sofia and Rujaun to anyone looking for a truly enjoyable, unforgettable performance and experience. Any time I need a steel band this is the first place I’d go. Absolutely Amazing worth every penny and more. Thank you for making my 30th birthday one to remember always."

"Thank you so much for the lovely music you and the band played at my dad’s 80th Birthday. All the guest including dad really enjoyed it. It was very classy and contributed to a very elegant evening. You and your other band members were so lovely to deal with and I would definitely hire you again as well as recommend you to anyone you wants to hire a steel band - I have passed your number on to a few people now. Your professionalism was second to none and I really enjoyed your company. I felt the music selection was perfect and beautifully played by you and the band. I did however, get a bit of a backlash from a few guests who felt I should have hired you for the whole night, but we will consider that for next time. Thank you to all of you we all really enjoyed it. Best wishes Sandra"

"The band were booked for the wedding reception of my son and new wife. The guys were brilliant, music was excellent, they were very smartly dressed and so pleasant to deal with. From the initial booking of the event I was kept updated, the manager Gary responded straight away to any queries I had. Overall a very professional band. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Price wise, they were also one of the best and charged only half of what other bands quoted."

They were absolutely brilliant and as it was a hot sunny day they really set the mood for our Caribbean-themed wedding. "Paul and Mark were amazing. They started our Arts Week off with a musical assembly, full of info and great tunes. The class workshops were accessible to all our pupils and it stretched those that had a good grounding of musical knowledge too. Paul and Mark were friendly, flexible and fitted in with the week perfectly. I would recommend them highly. The boys and staff loved them. "

"I am finally back at home in the US after lots of delays due to snow and ice. I received lots of positive feedback about your performance at my Dad's birthday party and people who did not even come said that they were sorry that they missed the band. I heard people singing along and that was a positive as I was not able to sit and listen to you. Deciding to have a Steel Band perform was very adventurous for this group, but it worked out well and a good time was had by all. Good Luck for the New Year. Ann"

"Such a wonderful start to the wedding. Music choice was excellent and had the guests dancing and toe tapping from the start to the finish. Great to watch and to listen to. It made the wedding go with a bang. Thank you to all 3 musicians, they were a pleasure to have at the event."

"Hi Marcella, Our guest thought you were wonderful - we had many comments about the band !! all extremely positive for sure. Your selection of music was bang on - my only wish was I should have sorted you out to stay longer when I booked !! We did have a rather good day and your band just set the tone for the whole day, so my very special thanks for making my 60th birthday party one to remenber .. "Wow, what a fantastic afternoon of entertainment from Juma Steel Band! Their music made us feel as if the sun was beating down even though it was a below average temperature English mid summers day. We can't thank Juma enough for coming from London to entertain us all. Our pub regulars and visitors alike were blown away by the brilliant sound of the Caribbean brought to a rural village in Norfolk. Many felt compelled to dance and applaud throughout the performance such was the quality of music and the atmosphere created. Juma truly are the finest steel band in the UK in our estimation. We can't wait for a repeat booking next summer. "
