Review Centre: Steel Bands

"We have now had the pleasure of hiring Gary's Caribbean Steel Drum Band on two occasions. On both occassions our guests were very impressed, as were we and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their music is "happy" music and with it comes the "sunshine" even though it was a rainy Saturday in May 2012. Thank you for making my husband's birthday party one to remember."

"Well, we had never booked anything quite like a Caribbean steel band previously, but we fancied a change to our normal style of drab Christmas entertainment. The guys calypsofied Christmas carols, and played a good mixture of songs that we all knew. All in all we are definitely happy that we booked Francis and his troops, and I would certainly recommend them for any occasion."

"Wow is all I have to say! The guys came to play at the opening of our new venue, and created such a vibrant atmosphere. They interacted with the guests, even getting them involved on the pans. Everything ran so smooth and stress-free, will definetly be booking them again! We asked them to learn a request, 'I will survive', to get people dancing and it did the trick!"

"Junior, Steven & Justin - what a fantastic band. Arranged for a surprise 30th anniversary party for my parents and they loved every minute. All the guests were really impressed by you and the little kids (and big kids) loved having a go on the instruments after. A great price and you gave a great atmosphere. "Paul and Mark were amazing. They started our Arts Week off with a musical assembly, full of info and great tunes. The class workshops were accessible to all our pupils and it stretched those that had a good grounding of musical knowledge too. Paul and Mark were friendly, flexible and fitted in with the week perfectly. I would recommend them highly. The boys and staff loved them. "

"Hi Marcella and Junior, I hope you are both well and enjoying this gorgeous weather we now have! Sorry for the delay in replying, having returned from our honeymoon and settling into married life, we wanted to get in touch to say a massive thank you to you both! Will and I had such a wonderful day and we are so thankful that you both made that long trip to come and play at our wedding.
