"We hired Dermot to play at our wedding last week as a duo. We wanted an Irish band to play during our canapés & drinks reception, all our guest said how fantastic they were & enjoyed the music. "We booked Becky for our big joint 60th party. Our family all love folk, blues and soul music and Becky was just wonderful - absolutely made our evening. Her voice is pure and subtle and beautiful. She used guitar and violin, using looping to create a really complete sound - very professional and skilled. Her interpretations of songs we know and love very much were wonderful. She is extraordinarily versatile and I really think everyone at the party felt there was a song that was special to them. Can't recommend Becky highly enough."

"What an absolute fantastic musician, she organised all her music with a special interview. She has very good suggestions for types of music and was at the venue ready to go way before her payed time. Her attention to detail is unfathomable and so on point. She also worked with our chief bridesmaid to carry out an accompanied sing piece for our ceremony and help with timing and made the bridesmaid feel so easy with her nerves too. Thank you so much we will definitely recommend to anyone."

" We spoke on a number of occasions before the ceremony to compile our personal choices, which consisted of a mixture of classical and contemporary pieces. She has extensive playlists of many different styles of music and we were able to find all the pieces we wanted. She was also extremely helpful in playing specific pieces at certain times during the period our guests were arriving, and particularly as the bride walked down the aisle and when we both walked out of the ceremony after being married.She arrived at the Castle in plenty of time, enabling her to set up her small amount of unobtrusive equipment and music stand in the perfect place and also meet with the Registrar to ensure her timing of the bride’s entrance was perfect. She also chatted with the groom before the guests began to arrive and it was clear she had everything under control. She was also immaculate in her personal presentation, wearing a long dress which entirely suited her surroundings and the ceremony. Her playing was faultless and at the perfect volume, so as to be heard clearly, without being intrusive. Thankyou so much!"

Communication was brilliant and not only that, but she was able to accommodate specific song requests for an artist who we love. Our guests commented on Julia's skills as they recognised songs she had transformed on the violin. She brought a real touch of calm and class to our reception."
