"Can't praise Sam enough. He played at our wedding between the ceremony and the sit down meal. He was the perfect added touch to the day. We were originally going to have a lady that played the flute and saxophone but later decided that a singer/guitarist would be a bit more suited to us and the kind of atmosphere we wanted on the day (more relaxed). Sam was very approachable and friendly and he played Let it Go for one of our younger guests. We had lots of good comments from our guests about how amazing he was and what an amazing addition he was. Children at the wedding were mesmerised by him especially our 13 month old daughter who was becoming a bit restless until she spotted Sam, he had a real calming effect on her and it made for some beautiful photos. I would highly recommend Sam. Not just an amazing singer and guitarist but also a really nice, polite and friendly man and great with children. "

"I booked Martha on a recommendation from a friend to sing at my mum's 50th last year and she was absolutely brilliant! I sent her a list of my mum's favourite songs and she learnt them especially to play on the day. We loved dancing and singing along, thank you so much for making the night extra special Martha!"

"We just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for your incredible sax performance at our wedding. You created the most amazing atmosphere and made my vision come to life. You are quite literally the BEST saxophonist we have ever heard and so many of our guests said the same. Everyone’s reaction was quite literally WOW he’s good! Your wide knowledge of all the classics and effort to learn new songs too is unmatched, you are truly one in a million, the best in the business and we honestly cannot recommend you enough! I wish we had the chance to take some more videos to saver your talent but look forward to reliving it in our wedding video! Thank you so much again, we will definitely be in touch for future events and have already passed your details on to friends as they have requested!"

"Giles was fantastic. He was a pleasure to work with and incredibly professional throughout. He had a huge list of songs meaning it could really offer something for everybody. An incredibly talented guy who creates his own backing music which is really impressive to watch. We will definitely be looking to have him back again in the future! Highly recommended!!!"

They were approachable and professional, and many of our guests who had not previously attended a ceilidh highlighted how much they enjoyed the experience, also commenting on how the members of the band were happy to talk and answer questions from guests that approached them. I would highly recommend The Northern Reel Collective and I thank them once again for providing their services for what was a very special and memorable day."
