"We booked Carlo to provide the music at the evening of our wedding. He did 2 x 1 hour slots playing the saxophone along with music tracks. We gave some guidance in advance on the style of music we wanted (more pop-y for the first hour and then Ibiza style dance for the second hour) and he was spot on. All our guests loved it and were raving about it afterwards. It made such a great addition to the evening and so much better than the playlist we originally planned to play. It worked well in the venue we had chosen (a nice pub with around 60 guests). We would highly recommend - Thank you, Carlo!"

"Really nice bunch of old guys. Our guests loved Below the Border and I’m still getting texts from friends saying how much they enjoyed our party. The band played the soundtrack of our youth and they are so good. Wonderful to see everybody dancing to Born to be Wild like they were 16 again. Brilliant value for money. They certainly give you a lot of bang for your buck. We will be looking out for them in London and hope to see them again soon. Tom and Patty Harrison."

"I wanted to say that Rory, Soso and Will were absolutely first class. They arrived in plenty of time before the event and were super talented. They helped create what felt like a scene out of a movie with all our friends standing around drinking champagne and chatting against the backdrop of the setting sun and superb jazz. I had lots of people asking after the band so I will be passing on your details, if you don't mind and keeping you in mind for all future events."

"Our experience was amazing. The guys turned up on time, set up quickly, we're great to chat with, and their musicianship was wonderful. Everyone commented on how good the music was - and there was only 2 of them! Really impressed, wouldn't hesiatate to recommened them to anyone else. "Just wanted to drop you a brief line to say how perfect you guys were on Saturday. The music, the sound and the personality in the performance was all fabulous. We loved it and so did the guests. "Wow is the word. We had a vintage British seaside themed 30th wedding anniversary party for over 100 guest by Brighton Beach at the iconic BA 1360. Kit Packham and his brilliant band One Jump Ahead were outstanding from start to finish. We'd hired a group of swing dancers who got everybody dancing, regardless of ability! The band played everything we wanted from Glenn Miller to Aint Nobody Here But us Chickens. People just did not stop dancing! the finale New New York number resulted in 100 guests joining hands and all doing the high kicks. To say One Jump Ahead made our party go with a swing would be an understatement. I would also like to thank Kit and the band for their professionalism, time keeping and energy. Kit was so easy to deal with and the arrangements went so smoothly. I could not recommend them more highly. Book One Jump Ahead if you want your wedding / party to go with a swing!"
