"COULDN'T RECOMMEND TONY AND THE BAND MORE!!! Went to an event on the 23rd of November. The venue was really cool. Food and drinks available. The band were incredible. Couldn’t help but dance. The vibe was so nice. Everyone that attended was friendly. I can’t wait for the next show. I’ll definitely be there. Regardless of age I think this is the perfect night out."

"After viewing lots of different bands on Youtube, we went to see Soul Funk Classic in a bar in Accrington. The music was excellent and although the stage wasn't big enough to have all 8 members, it was enough to persuade us to book them for our daughter's wedding. We live in West Yorkshire and agreed a very reasonable price including travel for the full 8 piece band. The music was excellent and appealed to a wide range of ages, playing classics that everyone knew, such as music from films The Blues Brothers, The Commitments and artists such as Aretha Franklin. They played 2 longs sets and had all the guests dancing: they were even asked for encores. The band were very friendly and integrated themselves into the event to help create a memorable occasion. Without hesitation I would definitely recommend them for your event!"

"Jocee and her guitarist were so amazing and lovely to work with! Felt like I’d known her forever when I met her. We had so many amazing comments about them both and wished they could have stayed and played for the whole day, we loved it so much! "The band gave a great performance at the RAF Christmas Party. The arrangements for the band all went very smoothly, and the show on the night was first rate - the band even agreed to perform an additional set at short notice. They were virtually held hostage by the crowd until the end of their third encore! I’d have absolutely no hesitation in booking them again."

"We had a great night with Uptown Groove on Saturday night. The band turned up at the time when they said they would, did their checks and were ready to go when we were. They were flexible to work their set times around the football match that was finishing (England) and that was really appreciated - everyone was happy! The music they played was very varied and from the start it got people up dancing. A great evening was had by all. "
