Review Centre: Motown Bands

"I recently planned our Sales Kickoff for our EMEA and APJ sales teams. It took place in Marlow and on the last night we had our awards dinner. The theme was New Year’s Eve, since our fiscal year ends November 30. To make this a fun and festive night I hired The Fusion to perform for the dinner. They were AWESOME!! They played great dinner music for the beginning of the night then once the awards were given out the fun began. I loved the selection of music they played. My group was on the dance floor from the first song until the last. Besides being a great band with great sound and voices they were a real pleasure to work with from booking through to set up and performing the night of the party. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a band that will pump up your next party! "

"The Royal Valentines created an excellent atmosphere at our Post Burns Supper function. Their selection of music fitted the occasion perfectly and inspired people to dance and be involved. They are professional, efficient and communicated thoroughly through all of the booking process. Overall a fabulous group who I would highly recommend and consider for future events."

"Hi Sam! We would just like to say the biggest thanks, the evening went so well, everyone was buzzing! What a night we all had on Saturday! The band made our night so special for us and Dale and the band made that possible. We knew you were fantastic but on the night you lit up the sky and everyone thought the Band was amazing. Your help and advice sorting the stage in the lead up to our wedding was exceptional, you were so helpful, accommodating and reassuring when we had a question or query. Please pass on our sincere thanks to Dale and all the band who are all so gifted / talented, and so much fun! They absolutely made our wedding day one night that we will never ever forget! The dance floor was never empty, Dee and Mel were incredible so much charisma and simply Amazing! Thanks for making it such a special night for us family and our friends – you blew us away ! "We really wanted a lively party for our wedding reception and that's exactly what we got with Fresh Grooves! They got through so many songs in the night, it's hard to believe! Great musicians and brilliant performers. Hope they had a good time too!"

"We just wanted to say thank you so much for playing at our wedding. You completely exceeded all of our expectations, you guys are incredible and had everybody on the dance floor all night. Apparently even people in the local town were sat out in their gardens listening to you guys until the end of your set too! We have had so many messages from our friends and family saying what a memorable part of the day the band were and how completely knocked out they were by you. Special thanks to your amazing sound engineer who played all of our music for us exactly as we wanted, it was not unnoticed how patiently he sat there waiting throughout our meal to pause/play the music. And of course, our walk in music was perfect too. We saw him packing up right at the end of the night past midnight, it was a long day for him and he was amazing. Not to forget to mention the incredible sound system. It is the first wedding we have been to where there were no issues with the microphones/volume of speeches. "We really wanted someone special that did not sound like a typical wedding singer but really a class of their own and boy did we get just that, Matt was so professional learnt all our favourite songs and had the best Soul sound ever. My guests are still commenting on Matt's performance over a year later."
