"This band is a class act. Joanne has an unique voice that if heard once, you will instantly recognise. She has a great range and sometimes sings in an operatic tone too. Her husband James is a great guitarist and singer too. They compliment each other and are fun to watch. You will not be disappointed."

"We wanted to have a special night at the club for our Golf Professional-sponsored Jubilee day & Back2Skool Duo did not disappoint. It was the best dinner dance we have had at the club since I can remember & the band had everyone off their seats & dancing. The big band sound was just right & the repertoire of classic songs really hit the mark."

"Jo has an amazing voice and is a natural fantastic entertainer. Having seen Jo perform at my 25th Anniversary Party, my mother's care home and various public events, it never ceases to amaze me how Jo works her "magic" to engage and win over her audience every single time. Jo has bundles of energy and enthusiasm but somehow manages to make it all look so effortless. She is a true professional and a lovely lady. Look no further - whoever you're planning to entertain, they will all love Jo. "

"We had the T Tones for our wedding band. They were absolutely amazing and entertaining. They had everybody up dancing (all generations) and really created a fun atmosphere. We had so many comments on the band. The lead singer has some fantastic dance moves and a superb voice!! A great band that topped off our unforgettable day! "We had our wedding on the 5th July, and The Secret could not have been a better choice. Without doubt they made our wedding. They were super professional and Marco did everything we requested, he even let us put together a list of songs that we wanted. The star of the show was Sulene, what a front girl and performer. She was bursting with energy and had an incredible and powerful voice. The band started the whole event with "Somebody Else's Guy", which is a really tough song to start off with. Sulene blew our socks off with this! Not only that, she even let some of guests sing along and did some duos with my friends! The band really got involved with the crowd and this made our day really special! Would 100% recommend these guys any time!"

"We booked the Volare DUO to perform at the evening part of our wedding celebration and they were absolutely amazing. Fantastic vocals and brilliant with the crowd they really brought the party. Wish we had hired them for longer! They were punctual professional and communicated with us regularly before the event to make sure everything when smoothly. "The band were absolutely 10/10. We hired ‘The Marvellous Motown Souls’ (10 piece) for our wedding. My goodness, this band are awesome! They were first class from start to finish. The communication from James when planning was outstanding. They learnt multiple additional songs at a request without additional charge. They even accommodated my terrible singing on stage for one song. Our venue commented on how polite and helpful the band were when they were setting up their equipment and instruments. The full and polished sound they produce is quite simply First Class. Our dance floor was packed from start to finish. So many of our guests have commented on how fantastic the band were. Guys you really made our wedding reception super special and we are so very grateful to you. If you are searching for a wedding band then you really can’t do any better than The Marvellous Motown Souls."
