"I booked Lucinda for a surprise 60th wedding anniversary gift for two opera connoisseurs at their home. I didn’t know if it would work but I had faith in Lucinda from the outset. Not only does she have an impressive CV and extensive plaudits, she is so professional. Firstly, Lucinda is very passionate - it shows in her superlative organisation, she sought a clear brief and was extremely responsive with communication throughout the booking (which she accepted and confirmed within 2 hours. For Lucinda the ‘customer is king’ insofar as she is very client-focused, openly explained the logistics from her self-sufficiency with audio technology & choice of arias for the performance, and the right presentation and make up for the event. Everything with Lucinda was seamless, engendering my utter trust in her competence and ability. The recipients of this surprise were cagily forewarned by me of a ‘delivery’ which may cause a temporary noise disruption for neighbours. The rest (they say) is history - metaphorically Lucinda’s performance brought the house down! My friends loved their surprise gift, the neighbours enjoyed it too, and apparently a passer-by in a car was so mesmerised he ‘followed the music’ like a Homeric sailor following the song a siren, and invited to stay for the rest of Lucinda’s set. He too was very impressed. Nor did Lucinda dash away after performing, rather she stayed and swapped stories with the happy couple of the opera world. Thank you Lucinda for translating my moment of inspiration (and mischievousness 😉) to life for two very dear friends on their 60th wedding anniversary. 🙏🏽 As lifelong opera fans with experience on the global opera circuit they don’t hand out praise liberally when it comes to opera singers but said “Lucinda’s performance was great”, that she is “extremely talented” and that they and their neighbours were “utterly delighted” by her. It is an understatement to say this was a job well done. Lucinda has given my friends a personalised performance and a marvellous memory of a lifetime together, with her operatic songlist. In achieving the desired note, Lucinda delivered drama, hope, and passion - the stuff of their life together. In doing so she delivered a top quality performance that was well beyond good value - it is priceless. I cannot recommend Lucinda more highly - she has trained in the most prestigious academies, and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and anyone who does can be confident of an outstanding outcome. "

"I contacted Rachel to sing at my mother’s memorial service. She responded quickly and was very professional yet friendly from the start. Rachel’s first solo “Pie Jesu” reduced me to tears as her voice was so beautiful. We will remember the service as a wonderful tribute to my mother mainly because of Rachel’s singing. I cannot recommend her highly enough and would love to find another occasion to use her again. Thank you so much Rachel. "

"From the moment Cherry Bomb, (Jennifer) arrived to the moment she left, she was an inspiration, so warm and friendly. Her ability to mix with people was extremely warm, and this was very evident in her presentation. Without doubt Jennifer lived up to her reputation and the afternoon , our Christmas dinner event, was probably one of the best we have had, thank you Jennifer, my sincere best wishes to you for the future, you certainly deserve it."

"I am the Chair of the French Circle at the National Liberal Club. On July 15, 2025, the club hosted it's first Bastille Black Tie Dinner. It was a highly anticipated event which brought leaders in business, diplomacy and prestigious institutions across the Franco-British spectrum. This happened a few days after the highly publicised state visit of President Emmanuel Macron to the UK. I needed someone to sing La Marseillaise at the dinner and I could not afford to get it wrong considering what was at stake. The club hired Livi and she delivered exactly as expected in a high profile event. Everyone stood up when she started singing a pitch-perfect Marseillaise for a Bastille Day that is now referenced as one of the great Franco-British moments in the NLC's history book."

She ended her contribution by singing for our first dance. She was utterly professional from first contact until the moment she left our reception. "I have had Sandy perform at my venue a couple of times with her different shows. When our pub was about to celebrate its 2nd birthday I booked Sandy for her Hollywood meets Broadway show. Sandy is so professional and her sound system is superb. Right from the get go she is brilliant. Chatting to all the customers before she starts to get a feel for what they might like to hear. As soon as she begins performing she has the entire bar eating out of the palm of her hand. With her stunning vocals, energetic performance and great connection with the audience she can not be faulted! My costumers and staff all absolutely love her. She played requests that were shouted out and even got people up from the audience to join in. She then spoke to the customers after the show and posed for photographs. I can not recommend Sandy Smith highly enough. Outstanding, and thank you for making our second birthday one to remember! "
