"Wanted a disco ball and some uplighters to help my daughter’s 18th birthday party “sparkle”! The friendly team at Core Events were so helpful, from start to finish, with lots of advice on what to hire, and guidance on how to set things up ourselves. The equipment was exactly what we wanted and easy to use. Would highly recommend!"

"Hey Gordon! Ok so I'm back and going to write you a raving review (all true!) to use as you please. I hope it's useful. Xx Gordon sung for us at our wedding in Whitstable in July. He had a lot to contend with being outside on a very windy beach but his beautiful voice and music could be heard loud and clear as he sung a brilliant range to suit all ages and styles. Never in my life have I seen wedding guests dance and sing in the canapé hours! Gordon had every single one of our guests dancing and screaming the words to Backstreet Boys and it was genuinely the highlight of my wedding day! His amazing set didn't end there. I was then serenaded with my favourite song, again providing another amazing moment to remember. Very close to my wedding date I mentioned to Gordon the song that I would be dancing with my dad to. I did not expect him to play it and that was never the plan as I had left it very last minute, however he learnt the song in record time and sang and played guitar for my dad and I and it was a truly beautiful moment- made so much more special by the beautiful live rendition of the song. It was such a brilliant touch and something I will always remember about my wedding day. Since the wedding people have not stopped raving about Gordon. He was truly such a huge part of our day and set the tone for the rest of the evening and I could not have asked for any more. He really helped to make our day magical and I cannot recommend Gordon enough. There are many decisions that you dither over when arranging your wedding, trying to fit what you can into your budget. Having Gordon perform at our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions we made!"

"Kirsty was absolutely amazing on our wedding day and honestly went above and beyond. She was as attentive and communicative throughout the planning process and really got everyone going on the day. Listened to our (quite long) list of requested songs which made the day all the more fun and got everyone going in the evening on the dance floor with some classics including a final sing-along. Would 100% recommend for any event not just weddings and genuinely just so so so pleased:)"

"Hired the gold package for a hen party – the guy who delivered it was very professional and arrived on time for both delivery and collection. The equipment was high quality and had every song we wanted. It was really easy to use. The customer service in the office was fab throughout the bookings procedure. "Wow just wow ! We've all been to weddings before and seen the tacky poorly dressed dj behind a box with a speaker on top playing the same old tunes , but this gentleman blew us away with his presentation and his demeanor! Dressed sharp and smart with a smile and a friendly face and a wonderful presentation that would compliment any wedding or event ! Professional equipment with a tasteful show and most of all true to his clients! We couldn't have asked for more with the service we recieved and we felt confident our requests and playlist were kept to with military precision ! Absolulty 10/10 on all fronts would whole heartedly recommend CFR Group to Any and all !"

"Amazing party band Our band unfortunately had to cancel just two weeks before our wedding. A friend pointed us towards Big Day Revolution and we were put in touch with James who runs the music. He informed us that most of the musicians he deals with were already booked. However, he offered to put together a custom band by combining other musicians he knows. We told him our requirements, and he was able to assemble a band that matched our needs perfectly - both in terms of the type of music and the instruments played. He showed us some demos and assured us that the the band would be equally good. We trusted him, and they exceeded our expectations. We were able to choose all the songs we wanted, and on the night of the Wedding, one of my bridesmaids surprised me by singing a Tina Turner song with the band. They were a pleasure to have there, very polite and professional. The dance floor was never empty. James put my worried mind at ease with fast responses. Clearly, he cares about his clients, gives attention to detail and goes the extra mile to deliver what is needed to create a successful wedding. Katie and Andrew"

Chris at Core Event really made a big effort to help me every step from helping with designs and sending photos to help create the look I wanted the stage was exactly what we wanted.
