"We were so lucky to have the wonderful Richard Toomer as our violinist for our elopement wedding on July 30th 2019. From our very first correspondence with Richard, he was so warm, professional and enthusiastic. We had a good idea of what we were after, and Richard listened and was so accommodating, even learning two new pieces for us for our day. He also had a vast repertoire for us to choose the bulk of our music from. He played the pieces so beautifully, with his rendition of Steve Earle's Galway Girl bringing me to tears - it was just so perfect! Underlining his versatility, he played a more upbeat version of the same song later on for us all to boogie along to, and it was just fantastic. He learnt Bowie’s Magic Dance for us to exit to and he completely picked up on our enthusiasm for this song and everyone, including the registrars, boogied their way down the aisle. It was wonderful! Richard, thank you for being part of our day and making it so special, you were fantastic! "

Nigel's piano playing was outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Our guests also commented on how impressed they were by his performance. Both ourselves, and our guests, were most impressed not only by his selection of music and how well it was performed; but also by the size of the repertoire and; how he just seemed to effortlessly move from one piece to the next; all off by heart. "Nigel's piano transformed the atmosphere in the resort bar (at Wyboston Lakes). Delegates heard Nigel playing as they left the dining room and were attracted to stop and listen. We expected the piano to be background music but Nigel chose just the right music and performed so well that many people just listened as to a concert. The overall effect was, as we had hoped, that more people engaged with the evening events and entertainments for the rest of the week. Tremendous success; all thanks to Nigel."

"5-Star Google Review: We booked Nigel for our wedding hoping he would be a great addition to our day, but you never truly know until you see someone perform. As it happened, Nigel had also been the pianist at my cousin’s wedding, so we already had some confidence in our choice, and he certainly did not disappoint. Not only is Nigel a fantastic pianist, but you can genuinely see how much he enjoys what he does. He interacted with our guests where possible, happily played song requests, and read the room perfectly. He delivered all the important songs at key moments throughout the day, helping to make those memories even more special. Having experienced Nigel both as a wedding guest and as a customer, I can honestly recommend him to anyone looking for live music for their event. He can create a wonderfully romantic atmosphere when needed, but can also mix things up and bring a fun, entertaining energy to the occasion. Thank you, Nigel, for helping make our day truly special. "Myself and my husband (eeek!) had Robbie to play at our ceremony and drinks reception and wow! He was amazing. On the run up to the day he was reassuring and flexible, and clearly very talented - picking up our songs really quickly. It made my aisle walk so special to hear him playing and he even had some of less emotional guests weeping! Thanks so much 😊"

"I really appreciated Vikki's warm response to, and understanding of our requirements. She was efficient and flexible and all practical arrangements were thorough. She was also more than punctual, arriving before due time in order to set up and welcome our guests on arrival. Vikki is friendly and professional and she made a very good impression. She planned a really lovely programme for the afternoon event 3pm - 6pm. Her playing was beautiful and rich and she was sensitive to the size of the gathering in terms of the volume and tone she used. As the piano in the venue was less than poor, she brought her own electric piano on the proviso that she had help getting it into the venue and back into her vehicle at the end. This was the ideal solution for us. It has a very nice tone. I highly recommend Vikki for weddings, engagement parties, formal occasions, dinner/tea parties and more. Whatever the occasion she strikes me as being more than capable of meeting the brief. I'm so glad I have her in my contacts as I'm certain there will be occasions in the future where I won't hesitate to call on her excellent services."
