"Love For Sale were the perfect accompaniment to our celebratory event and made hiring a band one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences. Conversation was smooth, with nothing too much trouble and they were more than happy to work around our schedule. They were able to read the room well, and played accordingly. We received a great deal of positive feedback about the music, and the band were a hit with all our guests and they really did elevate our evening to the next level. Their flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to please make them suited to any occasion and I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. In fact, I rather look forward to next year’s event in which I fully intend to have them back – if they’re free! "

"I wanted to thank you and the band for a wonderful afternoon of entertainment - the playing and singing was marvellous and not too loud so people could enjoy listening and talking at the same time and also inspired some dancing!! A lot of people asked where I found you so should anyone have an event coming up and need a jazz band I will pass on your details. "We booked The Hornbrokers to open on the main stage of Thame Town Music Festival. This involved a flash mob-type opening from the audience area and they paraded around before mounting the stage to play a great set. This ensured that the festival got going with a bang and everyone was energised by these excellent musicians playing much-loved tunes. It’s also a musical form that is almost never experienced in a festival setting and all the more enjoyable for that. "

"We hired The Velvet Tones for our Wedding. They were great from start to finish! We had solo piano at the start of our ceremony, then the singer sang “At Last” as I walked down the aisle and it was stunning!! The Quartet played jazz during our drinks reception which created a great atmosphere without being over-powering. Finally, they gave us a run for our money with an amazing set of Motown to kick off the dancing. We had our own DJ to take over but everyone was already in such a good mood from the band. I really recommend this band as they are so versatile and easy to work with."
