Review Centre: Wedding Singers

"From the planning stage through to the big day itself, Glow Band were an amazing part of our wedding celebration. They made it easy and effortless to plan what we wanted and we knew we were in safe, talented hands. As a slightly anxious wedding planner myself, I was calmed by knowing I could rely on them to deliver exactly what we dreamed of. On the day, we experienced some unexpected minor delays in the running of the day - Glow Band adapted instantly to these delays and timing changes and went with the flow. They were ready to start as soon as we needed, always happy to adjust timings where we asked. Having Glow Band perform a unique version of our aisle song was one of the highlights of our wedding day. The connection between Michelle and James meant that they knew how to seamlessly extend and adapt the song under pressure to allow me more time to prepare myself to walk in the bridal procession. Our wedding day then featured an acoustic set as well as an electric set to get the party started in the evening. Every guest enjoyed this part especially as we were all up, singing and dancing to the classic hits. Michelle’s presence and energy on stage is incredible and James’ guitar solos were an exceptional treat for us all. You can instantly tell these two are in their element as soon as you see them on stage together. They were even happy to let my saxophonist bridesmaid join them up on stage to perform together for a few numbers - their flexibility and openness with this meant a lot to me. Overall, we were thrilled to have Glow Band at our wedding: they truly livened up our intimate celebration and brought everyone together! "We booked Simon for our garden wedding and he didn’t disappoint, he was amazing from him setting up so quickly to the incredible performance he gave and everyone there was asking who he was and how good his voice was and people looking him up on Spotify there and then!"

"We booked Davey Wilson's duo option for our wedding and we were absolutely delighted with them. We chose a mix of live music and DJ set which worked perfectly. They played from 8pm until midnight, a live set followed by DJ. Our first dance was played live which was great. A range of instruments were used which gave a really big sound and got everyone dancing all through the night. It really sounded like there was a full band playing, but of course a full band would have been much more expensive. The boys themselves were total gentlemen and a delight to have at the wedding. They were great at communicating beforehand which removed any stress. I suggested some songs but needn't have really as they know what they're doing and played all the hits. "

"Neil Morris was fantastic, his set was appealing to both young and old alike. He has a brilliant voice and I suspect he is at the beginning of what could easily be star career (Watch out Michael Buble)! Many guests wanted to know where we found Neil!"

"Damien was really easy to organise the event with, he was super responsive and very flexible. We absolutely loved having Damien play at our anniversary party, he had all our guests up singing from the very first song. He was really fun and great with guest song requests. I would highly recommend Damien at your event !!!"

"Paul was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Music was always going to be a big part of our wedding day and we found the perfect musician in Paul. He learned and performed two songs at our request to absolute perfection. Paul is very accommodating and flexible with requirements. He is also excellent with his organisation and communication. He really went the extra mile for us and gave us memories to last a lifetime. A top guy and a first class musician. Can not rate him highly enough"

A brilliant and engaging act, he had even the most curmudgeonly of stalwarts shaking their things before midnight. We can't wait to have him back here. A rare and genuine talent.
