"Quick note to say a massive thank you for Saturday night in Northleach. After a slow start - I think there was a mixture of nervousness and a warm evening outside! - everyone had a fantastic time. I've had so many people saying that it's either been ages since they went to a Ceilidh or had never ceilidh'd before and they loved it. Lots of people passing on thanks to you and the band too - excellent stuff as usual. The caller (who's name I didn't catch) has been singled out for her patience! Another Ceilidh is definitely on the cards, though perhaps this time in the winter - I don't think I've sweated that much for years!"

"This band just did a wedding on Friday at the Tithe barn at Bolton Abbey , amazing excellent sound song after song before the wedding with two on guitar , they provided the sound for the speeches and the music in between before finishing the night off with the full band playing some really good stuff and DJ If your thinking of live music for a wedding or any occasion you won’t go wrong booking these guys thoroughly enjoyed it"

"We had Urban Knights for our wedding and they were absolutely fantastic!!! Their set list had everyone up on the dance floor- it was never empty. In the lead-up Rhona their manager was great to chat to. I could not recommend Urban Knights enough. "

"Just to say that the band were quite simply brilliant at our Christmas function. Sam promised early doors that they were just going to 'keep on rocking'. From the first song to the last, they did exactly that. I have never seen so many people dance for so long. The quality, the set, the tunes were all spot on for the audience and I would not for one second hesitate to recommend them to anyone, corporate or private. Their versatility was amazing. Please thank them all again for a great night. We will plan to have them again soon!"

"Motion Picture were absolutely amazing. From the minute they sang their first note, right up until the last song, the dance floor was filled. The guests at the wedding couldn't get enough. We are still getting compliments the day after from our guests about how good the band were, and we can only take credit for booking. I can't recommend them enough. The energy they brought to the wedding was insanely good and I would book them in a heart beat again."

"Licksquid were our first choice for our wedding reception and a brilliant choice right from the start. Dan and the boys were friendly and professional and tailored the set to our requirements. These boys aren't afraid of a challenge - we had a very particular request for our first dance involving the start being played acoustically then the band joining in later on - Lick Squid accepted the challenge and pulled it off brilliantly! They even traveled from Derbyshire to the Lake District for our wedding - if that isn't commitment then I don't know what is! Suited and booted the band played two long sets with the dance floor filled throughout to classic rock, pop and a mixture of other genres. Everyone was catered for young and old. Every single guest at our wedding was seen on the dance floor at some point which was a massive deal. We highly recommend Licksquid, they made our special day even more special and were so easy to deal with - a blessing during wedding planning!"

They listened to our aspirations and jointly worked with us on developing the proposition, as well as its marketing and execution. "Michael and his band made the party. They were extremely professional (before the party I was already reassured by their professionalism and attention to detail). As soon as they started playing, the atmosphere of my party became joyful and fun, they sounded amazing (they play and sing fantastic and their sound system was great). It was my 50th birthday party with a mix of people from a broad range of nationalities and almost everyone was on their feet dancing because their music and presence was irresistible. Furthermore, they made me feel very special because they included my name in some of the songs that they played (it was all Cuban/Latinamerican as per my request) which was really fun. I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again if I had another party. They were the highlight of my event (many guests of my party said this to me as well)."
