"Absolutely incredible, Starlet Beat made the best day of our lives even better! Since our wedding a month ago we have continued to receive comments from guests about how brilliant the band were. Everyone was dancing for the whole night! Karen was great at communicating before the event, taking onboard all our suggestions and including them in either the band's set or DJ sets in-between. She offered to perform our first dance song and the band learnt and played it brilliantly. We were an hour late getting to the dancing from some overrunning speeches but the band were not only remarkably good natured about this they were also really accommodating, fitting the full sets in a shorter time so we still got the full amount, even though we expected to be cut short as it was us running late. We cannot thank you enough! The music was so well arranged and performed with brilliant back-to-back medleys and something for everyone; we didn't leave the dance floor while they were on! So glad we had the full 8-piece lineup too because it was so good. I can't gush enough about how brilliant they were and the wedding card we found when we got back from honeymoon was also such a sweet touch. Book them! You won't regret it. We are already trying to work out whether we can afford an anniversary party as an excuse to have them back...Thank you, thank you, thank you! xxx"

"We used Embassy across our wedding day and they were just perfect. From learning our unusual walk-in and exit song, to bringing so much energy to the dancefloor, Embassy were fantastic. Friends and family have used them for many weddings across the last three years, and know they will continue to do so. "The Shooglers were one of the best Ceilidh Bands I have had the pleasure of attending. They were amazing, the performance on the night was great, they were able to gauge the crowd and manage to keep all involved. The communication and assistance with regard the first dance was excellent. Honesty was great with regards what they could and couldn't play as a first dance. Honestly one of the best bands. Would recommend them to anyone. Did themselves proud as it is a tough thing to do to trust a band with your wedding, but they were amazing."

"Southwestband were truly incredible at our wedding!! We had seen them play last year at our friends and thought they were fab and that we just had to have them at ours! They have been nothing but helpful in the lead up to the big day and learnt our first dance song when we changed it not long before the day! To put it simply they were everything and more! "Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"This great group played for us at our Community 50/60's Dance and they soon had everyone up dancing, some even started when the group were doing their "warm up"! It was a fantastic night and we got lots of good feedback. We would certainly recommend the Backbeats and hope we can have them back again sometime in the future. "

"The Blue Suede Shoes were amazing. With their professional and clear communication leading up to the day we knew we would be in safe hands. On the night they came in and set up without fuss and when the time came to play they really got our guests up and dancing. Their playlist is extensive and was enjoyed by all our guests. With their friendly and fun attitude we're so glad we had them to create the perfect soundtrack to our wedding reception."
