"I hired Slider to play at my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. I can’t recommend the band enough, nothing was too much trouble (they even dressed up as Peaky Blinders in keeping with the theme of the party). They read the room and knew how to keep everyone on the dance floor, I’ve had so many positive comments about the band from the party guests and I can honestly say I would hire them again in a heart beat!"

"To anyone who wants their party to go with a bang! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Funk N’ Soul excelled themselves at my birthday party last Saturday – they really made the evening for me. What was really brilliant about this band was that they had learned some of my old favourite songs specially for the evening and they brought the house down! They are all full time professional and very accomplished singers and musicians and really lovely, friendly folk too! It would seem that nothing is too much for them – they even played along with my youngest daughter who played Happy Birthday on her trumpet for me! They also looked like they were all having fun performing and the vibe in the marquee was so upbeat that no-one cared about the torrential rain outside! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a fantastic time! Thanks again guys for making my day! Love Sally"

"The band were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything else from them. They had our guests on the dance floor for the whole evening. If you are thinking of booking a wedding band, make sure to go for Soul Hop, you will not regret it! They were also completely flexible with timings, and even came to set up early so they were not setting up when our guests were there. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!"

As a former USAF jazz guitarist, and musician with several top-40 bands over the years, the musicianship of the band is first rate. "They performed at our wedding, both in the church and during our drinks reception and we were completely blown away by them! We first heard the choir perform at a wedding open day and we instantly knew that we wanted them to be a part of our day! They were absolutely incredible and guests are still talking about them now! Thank you so much to Laura and the choir - it was such a special part of our wedding. Laura was extremely helpful in the run up to the wedding too. We would not hesitate to recommend this Gospel Choir to anyone. We will be keeping an eye out for any of their future performances!"

"Simply amazing! Rosie & The Rockets' dynamic, fun, party-vibe led to a consistently full dancefloor and many wedding guests commented on how great they were. Our set timings weren't conventional and but they adapted to our needs with their flexible and professional approach. Would highly recommend and can't praise them enough - what a talented bunch! "Christian and the band were excellent from start to finish. From the initial booking right through to when they left at the end of the evening. A very professional group of young musicians who made our evening a fantastic success. Each musician was fantastic in themselves and the lead singer was a fabulous, energetic young lady who sang as good or even better than many a pop star. Even before the party started when we had problems with the delimiter the band members kept us totally informed until we were able to sort out the problems at the hall. We have have feedback from many of our guests and each and everyone of them were totally impressed with the musicians. "Rocking" and "the best band ever" were some comments to name but a few. We had a great band at my daughter's wedding and didn't think they would be matched. However, Funky Friday hit the spot in every way and the dance floor was full all evening. We would book them again if the need arose and anyone looking for a class act would be well advised to book these up as they were outstanding in every way."
