"After attending lots of weddings ourselves, Hamian really stood out amongst other bands. Music was superb and so was their craic. We may have a slightly subjective opinion but they're the band to book! We got so many compliments from our guests. They learned our first dance song and nailed it. Plus, their sound and lighting setup is top-notch 👍🏻 Wishing them all the best and can't wait to catch them at a gig in Newcastle!"

"Jocee and her guitarist were so amazing and lovely to work with! Felt like I’d known her forever when I met her. We had so many amazing comments about them both and wished they could have stayed and played for the whole day, we loved it so much! "Wow! How wonderful are you two! We had an amazing day, topped off with an amazing evening and have received such positive feedback from our family and friends that we are absolutely basking in your glory!! Chatting to you, Jackie, on the phone long beforehand to explain who we are and what we hoped for was very important, and you were so easy to talk to. Your play list was great and the couple of items we rejected were taken out of the list without any issues. You opened with a song of our choice for our first dance, even though it was not on your playlist, and you graciously invited others on to the dance floor as the song progressed, in response to our request to steer the spotlight away from us. You listened to us and understood. You seemed to have people on the dance floor from the first song to the last. I don't think I've ever been to an event where that has happened. You had four and six year olds dancing and playing with the lights on the floor; you had friends who prefer a slow dance smooching to a number of songs; you had a large number of people following your "dance" moves; you had many people singing along; and we have received comments from the non dancers that your music wasn't too loud, so they could carry on conversations while others danced. And, amazingly (given that we had told you we were a bit stuck in the 70s) you had the teenagers up and dancing and having a really great time. We had a number of discerning musicians among our guests and without exception they thought you were a great band. You arrived to set up just as we were starting to eat yet there was no disruption. Thankyou for lending us your microphone for the speeches. You are a very talented couple and we are so pleased that you were able to entertain us and our wedding guests. Thankyou again. Judith"

It was very important to us to get a good band, but you guys weren't just a good band, you were the perfect band. Styles to suit all the guests (everyone raved about you) and great show presence - full of confidence for the ceilidh songs. Lovely touch having us on the dance floor for a special bride/groom dance at the end, followed by an entire wedding Auld Lang Syne. You are an exceptionally talented band. "The Stereo Jacks had everyone's attention from the first song for all the right reasons at my son's 21st party. A great playlist, guests danced all night and everyone we spoke to afterwards, and I mean everyone, said how brilliant the band was.Rich was so kind and reassuring beforehand, too! I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a really great band. One of our guests is planning to book them for a large corporate event and another is throwing a party just because they want to hear them again! Thanks, guys, we love you!"
