Review Centre: Party Bands

"I booked the lads from Below the Border for my wife's 60th birthday party and they were exactly as described. Brilliant musicians one and all and they kept everyone dancing until well after midnight with popular rock hits from the 70s and that swingy blues that you just HAVE to get up and dance to (no matter how old you are!) Lovely chaps too. Polite, eductated, down to earth, and they have that dry sense of humour musicians often have. I thoroughly recommend them. And we were AMAZED at how cheap they were for such a brilliant band. I don’t think they’re playing for the money! Just incredible guitar playing. "We had The Fireflies play at our wedding two weeks ago - they were amazing!! Such great communication from Ian in the run up to the wedding and on the day, they listened to the few requests we had and bought so much fun to our evening. All of our guests have said how great the band were, they were really engaging with us and our guests all evening, we had a great time having them party with us? "We booked Ryan & Izzy for a staff party at one of our Hotels and they were so popular, we invited them back the following year. They have lots of very cool songs, great stage presence and are obviously very good at what they do. They were also reliable, polite and easy to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a special acoustic duo "

"Diamonds & Pearls played at our wedding and we couldn’t love them more if we tried. They learned an additional song (or two!) for us and indulged me when I wanted to get up and sing with a live band. They were so good, a friend booked them to play at their wedding a year later. They’re effortlessly cool...and Helen is a total babe!"
